Costco - Riverdale

They are good with scheduling and are true-to-time with appointments. The staff is friendly and helpful. Communication is good with them.

It's a clean store and they've got quality stuff.

Been going here for about 7-8 years. Very easy to make appointment by either walking in or calling a few days in advance. Dr. Clark had a great manner about him and answers every question I have. He generally sends me out with a few sets of demo contact lenses and some samples of solutions/cases. My wife sees him as well and holds him in the same regard. The office area is a bit spartan, but since I've never had to wait, that's ok.

They provide an excellent service. I like Dr. Clark because he is friendly and good. I will continue to use him in the future.

They had done a fantastic job for us. The price was slightly high but the service was fine.

It was wonderful. They arrived on time with two very professional guys. They didn't take a lot of time but the carpet was installed perfectly, and it looks excellent. I have heard horror stories about carpet installation, but they could not have been better. We will absolutely use them again for the rest of the house.

it took longer to get them after ordering than I expected, but it was the Christmas/New year holiday week, so it didn't bother me too much. They adjusted them when I picked them up, and have adjusted them for free since then.

I looked up Costco tire prices on the Internet and was amazed at their prices. Even with the $40 membership, the tires were still a better deal than anywhere else. I showed up on Saturday morning, and purchased the tires. Unfortunately they did not accept appointments so I had to go 1st come first serve. It took about 1 1/2 hours, but I had lots of fun shopping while waiting. Overall they did a great job, and I like that they will rotate/inflate tires for free for the life of the tires.

We were very pleased with Costco, they seemed to have the lowest prices among several competitors in the area. The tires we chose were in stock and installed as promised while we were shopping; they do lifetime balancing and rotation of the tires. One thing to know is that the tires are inflated with hydrogen which doesn't expand/contract as much as plain air with changing temperatures.

I ordered the tires at costco.com and they were shipped to the Costco location of my choice at no charge to me. They have a much larger selection of tires available online than at the actual warehouse locations, so be sure to check online before you give up on Costco. Their price for the tires we wanted was by far the lowest of the five retailers I surveyed. They called us as soon as our tires were in, and the installation was quick, without hassle. We prepaid for the tires online using our credit card (another advantage to ordering online with Costco: they accept most major credit cards online, whereas in the store they only accept American Express), so we just had to show up, show our print out of our receipt, and wait for the tires to be installed.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT COSTCO'S TIRE CENTER. THEY HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK, AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A SUNDAY AFTERNOON, THEY COULD GET ME IN THAT DAY, WHICH WAS GREAT, SINCE I WAS RUNNING ON THE SPARE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, THE GUYS WERE FRIENDLY AND CAREFUL.
