It went well and much quicker then I thought it would. They started with removing all the old Sheetrock at my request and they found the old insulation was really bad, which Mark expected. He worked on the bedroom I wanted framed in and took the changes I through at him in stride. I added a few closets, more insulation, duct work, and plumbing and he was able to accommodate and gets sub contractors in to complete the project. Lucky for Mark I bought a fixer upper house so he will be getting more work in the future from me.

The gentlemen at Construction Resource were efficient and professional. They removed our old decking and handled the disposal. They pulled all permitting necessary and managed the inspections. They dug new footings and built an entirely new deck. They recommended hidden screws for our composite deck and designed a picture framing style that matches the rail. Once the structure was complete it took them a day and a half to finish the deck, coming on Saturday morning to finish the details. We were very impressed with Construction Resource and highly recommend them.
