It went great! A very professional presentation, quiet but obviously confident and well trained in flooring. Eric met our schedule without hesitation and did an amazing job on the floor replacement. He started when he said he would, he laid out what stages would happen on what days. He asked if we had a preference for the time of day he would start (7 a.m. was fine by us), and he was there as promised. By bringing all of the other floors up to the same buff & coat schedule, we'll be able to call on him in a few years for upkeep--and will. There are some very well-established flooring companies in the neighborhood, but when all of them are booked 3-6 months, and I had only 3 weeks he was the oasis in the desert.

Eric did a great job.  He did 4 bedrooms, our hallway and the landings of the steps on our staircase.  It took a while but it was well worth it.  I have already recommended him to others who are also very happy with his work.
