I've used the medical and dental facilities there for 20 years. Medical and dental staff is fantastic. Administrative systems and ability are terrible. Not fault of workers but of bad systems and disorganization. These problems eventually forced me to stop going there in 2013.

Provider/doctor prescribed antibiotic for urinary tract infection after lab tests were performed. Infection was resolved after one week on antibiotic which eliminated the blockage. Doctor Reif advised me to see a urologist/specialist for the enlarged prostate.

Clinic was recommended by an intern midwife when I delivered my baby because she had a colleague who worked there. The pediatrician we ended up seeing was good, but only available once a week, which made follow up appointments difficult. The clinic itself deals with high volume and not only pediatrics, so the waiting room was stressful. We gave it 8 months, but ultimately we didn't feel a connection so have started to look for other pediatricians.

This is a neighborhood clinic that intentionally reaches out to clients of all ages and a wide variety of ethnicities. The waiting room is usually full and rather noisy. Reception staff is kind and patient. We were first sent into a small private office to talk to a billing representative. Although we have insurance, we were offered information about the clinic's sliding scale and told to be sure to register for it if our situation ever changes. Once he was called into the examining room, my son was checked in by a nurse as if he were a patient needing an exam (weight, height, blood pressure, etc.) before a doctor came in to see him and learned that he just needed shots for school. The doctor administered the shots and wished him well. Our whole time in the clinic was about an hour and fifteen minutes.
Description of Work: My son needed vaccinations before entering grad school. His regular doctor prescribed them and we went to CUHCC for the shots.

Dr. Aylward is very attentive. He explains things to me thoroughly. He takes his time during appointments, and I never feel rushed. He is in tune with homeopathic medicine, which has helped me. Also, he has moved locations over the years and I?ve moved with him because I think very highly of him.
Description of Work: Dr. Aylward has been my primary care physician for the past four or five years.

She listens to me and looks at the whole picture. She is very thorough and asks good questions. She does take her time with people so sometimes she gets behind.
Description of Work: She is my Primary Care Physician. I was there with a particular concern about some arthritic concerns. She made a referral for specialized care.

I had been sick for several days and wasn't getting better so went to see the doctor. I went here because my mom had been there earlier in the year and they were very good with her. (I had gone with her on that visit.) Also, they are a sliding scale clinic and I don't have insurance. I did not qualify for the sliding scale and ended up being billed for full price. There was nothing the doctor could do, "Get rest and drink plenty of fluids" etc. :-( I wouldn't have bothered going except I was missing work.
