Firstly, if you try to complain about a mistake in your bill, you can wait over an hour in line. There is no where to sit down, and the line snakes out through the double doors, through the lobby, and out onto the sidewalk. I had to leave, and get my walker so I could sit down. The staff was difficult, I suppose because they don't have the power to fix anything. After you wait in line, they don't make any changes. Then you wait for weeks for them to call you back to get the bill fixed. There were numerous times when the service failed, from the telephone pole exploding. We had that happen 3 times in 3 different locations. In 2 of the locations the boxes exploded! I don't know why. The installers didn't clean up after the installation, and the wires were all over the place. I can see pets playing with the slack in the wires, and getting injured. They didn't remove the wires from the previous users, so there were wires drooping all over the back yard. Once the introductory deal was over, the prices were extremely high. Plus, the Comcast service kept going out. They wouldn't give us a credit unless the service was out for 24 hours. That's why I had to physically go to the office and see them. I even had to wait in line to pay the bill! They are charging a lot of money for poor customer service. I would never use Comcast again.
