Description of Work: I rented a trailer to haul some stuff this winter. As usual, the service desk area was quite busy and they kept taking phone calls instead of finishing my transaction. Got the paperwork and went out to pick up the trailer. The trailer was froze in the ground. That was not that bad but they had me use my truck to get it out and I really felt the worker placed himself in some danger when he worked to free the trailer while I pulled it with the truck. | |One thing you need to know. This place still takes imprints of your credit card. To me, this is a NO-NO and is a well known problem with indentity theft. Many of us older folks will recall a rental company lost a large number of credit card imprints years ago and many people had to replace credit cards due to the numbers being lost. | |On the positive side they have a lot of equipment and the prices are not bad. It's a rental place. The experience is not going to be fun. Can you make renting equipment fun????

Description of Work: I've gone there for years to get my propane tanks filled for my gas grill. A 20 pound tank is about $20 to fill.

+ -1 moreWent great. The staff instructed my inexperienced help (20 something and 18 yr old) on use of the machine and it was easy to use and manage. At about 4:00 the equipment ran out of fuel. We put more in but couldn't get it started. After about 3 minutes of trying to troubleshoot the problem over the phone they sent someone out to the house to help. It was a safety switch that took about 30 seconds to fix (if you knew what to do.) The guy was there in about 10 minutes... so must have left the shop immediately.
Description of Work: Rented a mini-bobcat for a DIY patio excavation and shrub removal.
