He was very knowledgeable about the area; he was quick to perceive what our needs and wants were. He narrowed down our selections and once we narrowed it down he was a very good negotiator and did really well on lowering the price. I had recommended him to a colleague and they were also successful at acknowledging their needs through-out the process.
