We have used Code Plumbing a number of times for plumbing jobs and Mike has always been responsive, fair in his pricing, and very transparent about suggesting the right path to take. Mike put in a new complicated kitchen faucet system and cleaned up the pipe maze below our sink left by generations of DIY efforts. He also checked on some other issues we were having and was able to do some quick fixes that vastly improved those fixtures. We have recommended Code Plumbing to many friends in our neighborhood who have also been very satisfied with Mike’s work.

Mike is very knowledgeable, meticulous and is insistent that the job be done well and to code. He was professional and cleaned up well. He's also a down to earth, 'nice' guy we enjoyed having in our home!

The project wast at my mother in laws in Minneapolis. It is an existing century home with a low pressure on the cold side and several leaky fittings on the hot side. Mike was able to replace a portion of the water lines with minimal damage to the walls and ceilings. I would recommend Mike to anyone with a challenging plumbing problem. He took the extra time needed to explain what the process was going to be and complete the repairs on time and on budget. Thanks Mike!!

I had an employee for an internet provider in my house installing my internet, and somehow they pinched the water line to my refrigerator. The shut off valve did not work right and the pipe was leaking in my basement. I called Code plumbing and got Mike's voicemail. Within 10 minutes he called me back to address the problem. He came over promptly and fixed the issue. I was not home when he came, and my spouse informed me how courteous and professional he was in my house. As stated above, Mike is professional in his promptness, knowledge, and friendliness, and I will use him again when I have a plumbing need.

The entire process each time went great

I have used Code Plumbing for several years on everything from a complete rehab/update of the plumbing system on a 12 unit apartment building to doing small faucet swap outs. I manage rental properties so my needs are varied, but Mike treats every job that I have had with professionalism. He is always prompt, and responsive if the situation is an emergency. I highly recommend Mike and Code Plumbing. He is programmed into my phone, and is always my first call when a plumbing need arises.

We have used CODE Plumbing in every house we have ever owned. Mike is responsive, timely and honest in his pricing and assessment. He has helped us replace a water heater, hook up a gas stove and dryer, work on plugged drains and update a bathroom. I used Code Plumbing a few times over the last few months, and had a great experience both times (didn't get directed through a call center like the previous reviewer did). Mike does a very professional job, leaves the place clean when he's done, is knowledgeable in all things plumbing, and is easy to work with. I gave him a B in Price because he isn't the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for, and I found him well worth the money. I'll definitely use Code Plumbing again.

My kitchen drain began to run very slowly and then started to smell bad. I called Code Plumbing because I know Mike from the neighborhood. What you actually do is call an answering service and he calls you back. And, in this case, he gets his subcontractors lined up for the job. They were on another call so they couldn't come until the next day. They arrived just toward the end of the appointment window but the two of them got right to work, kept the area as clean as they could and cleaned up after themselves, and they explained clearly what they were doing, what they thought the problem was, and what preventative measures I could take from here on out. My drain has been running fine all summer so I think they did a very good job.
