CLEANING FOR THE SOUL

Well. Dora shows up and cleans.

Very satified with her cleaning services and planning on continuing with her.

She did a great job and the price was fair considering the amount of work. It was refreshing to come home to a clean house! We plan to keep with the company for every-other-week cleanings at $100.

Dora did an initial cleaning of our home and will now be coming every other week. She did a wonderful and very thorough job and the house was sparkling when she left. I was very happy with her work and am looking forward to having her come back on a regular basis.

She responded to all of my wishes. It was great to have the resources of Angie's List to review the reports ahead of time. Dora had won an Award for customer service from Angie's List that she was very proud of receiving. Dora came at 7:45 A. M.and left around 11:15. The first cleaning was a little longer to get it to her standard and to keep up. She was extremely thorough. I was home on vacation so we were able to talk and clarify any questions she had or requests I had as she cleaned each level of the townhouse. At the end she left us a card and present since it was the holiday season - a toy for our dog and little present for us with a Christmas card. We thought this was very thoughtful and nice. She is a charm!!! I am looking forward to working with Dora as an individual customer vs having a service in my home.

Dora was friendly and responsive on the phone. She even called before coming to do work, just to say she's on her way. Pleasant lady, with energy and a good attitude. Cleaned in estimated time, and did a fine job. Just used her once as a fill in for my regular lady that was unable to clean on Sept 30. So, I don't know what the going rate is for a 1-time cleaning, but it was $40 more than my regular cleaner.

Dora makes our lives so much easier! She cleans every two weeks, and is cheerful about using my homemade, non-toxic products. She even brings other non-toxic brands to show me if she's not convinced that my home brew is working well. More than once I've asked her a week or so in advance to help me clean for a party: she's gracious and professional about fitting me in when she can. I work from home so it's critical that Dora and I can cross paths without getting in each others' way. I wouldn't expect or ask this of anyone who was nice enough to clean my house, but I appreciate her quiet work style. Even better, she cuddles my dog, leaves candies on my kids' beds, and puts stickers on the toilet paper rolls. These little things build my trust. Plus, she's really nice.

Dora has been working for me for years and she first offered a bid on the work and we set up a schedule for the work I needed done and she has done it every since.

Dora has been working for us for 5 years and I have never had any problem. She is responsible, prompt and considerate. She is a hard worker who can clean a house quickly without supervision and I recommend her unconditionally.
