Knowing the house will be clean and tidy every couple weeks has really helped my wife relax at home. We both work and have kids so, like most households the days, we struggle to prioritize tasks. Having Clean and Organize spend four hours twice a month on the detail cleaning is awesome. It's nice to also have someone we trust in our home unattended.

Before I used Clean & Organize, I'd never hired anyone to clean my living space.  Thus, I was initially hesitant to have someone in my home especially as I'm very particular about how things are cleaned. Yet with kids, job, work, and just life, we found we did not have time to clean our house beyond the very basics (like loading the dishwasher, sweeping, and wiping counters). Thus when I learned about Clean  & Organize's reputation I was intrigued.  I contacted them for an intake meeting; the staff member was very professional and answered all of my (many questions) and put me at ease. She was friendly and caring. 
The Clean & Organize staff have been taking care of our home for about five months now (since we moved into this house--our first). They do a wonderful job. I trust them and look forward to them coming. They clean things I'd likely forget (like cleaning the light fixtures or vacuuming our couch) as well as the things I'd remember but not have the time or energy to do (like mopping our wood floors and dusting, which I avoid)
I've been very pleased and impressed. Without the Clean & Organize staff, our life probably would not function and it definitely would not be as pleasant. Coming home after the staff have been there is so REFRESHING. Anytime I've had a question or special request, I just contact the company and receive a prompt, friendly response.  Particularly because I have small child and a husband with allergies, I appreciate the "Green" approach to their cleaning.

We hired Rosemary/Clean & Organize nearly eight years ago following the birth of our first child.  Originally, we had our house cleaned every other Friday, and it included dusting, vacuuming, mopping and thoroughly cleaning our bathroom(s).  This was especially important, given that we had two cats (and cat hair everywhere!) plus hardwood floors and lots of woodwork.
Now we have our house cleaned monthly, and Clean & Organize is as thorough as ever.  Very respectful of our home - and very accommodating if we need to change the date of our cleaning.  Also, incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of work.
Rosemary and her team have been an important part of us making our busy lives "work" - we are very happy with her and would highly recommend her.

I hesitated to write this review, because I think it's very important to be fair and balanced. To be fair, Clean & Organize was incredibly good at cleaning. The first few times I came home to find things like candleholders wiped down and cleaned and floors gleaming. But, from the beginning, for whatever reason, we struggled with communication. One of the sticking points was how they preferred to be paid. After a number of attempts I asked my husband to step in, because generally he's much more level-headed than I am. Even he got a bit frustrated.
The relationship ended just recently after my slow payment (I travel for work and not easy for me to get a check in the mail) prompted an email from the owner threatening court action for lack of payment and citing my husbands "hostile attitude". I completely understand the need for small companies to have prompt payment and I do not fault them for that. What I would expect, after a relationship of a few months and good payment history is a call asking about payment not a threat and reference to my husbands attitude. An important note, I received that email at 2:49 pm on a Friday, the check was cashed that same day according to my bank records.

Top of the list was my husbands office and bathrooms. She did 2nof the three bathrooms and didn't do the office. Four hours of work, we expected more. I emailed Rosemary and she sent her employee over again for 2 hours. I'm not sure what she did for those two hours. The missed bathroom wasn't done. Again. This was not worth the money. At all.

"Clean & Organize LLC cleaned twice in this household. After the first cleaning was claimed to be unsatisfactory the same employee was sent at no charge for 2 hours. Dispite a long standing employee with high marks from our clients, we were not able to resolve this individuals complaints. We resolve - we cant please everyone."

The ladies from Clean & Organize come in, using green cleaning materials, and quickly and efficiently clean up my house.  They do a fantastic job, and are even able to work with my schedule, which can be sometimes chaotic.  The fact that we continue to use their services speaks volumes.  I would never continue using the services of a company if I wasn't pleased with the results.

Rosemary Mitlyng, the owner of the company, met with me before scheduling the first clean.  She did this to describe her services, see the house, and provide an estimate for services.  The initial deep clean was scheduled a few days later.  

Rosemary is very pleasant and easy to work with.  She is easy to reach by phone to answer any questions or concerns.  While she does do some cleaning, most of her time is spent managing the company.  She has a small staff that sound as if many have been with the company long-term.  For the initial deep clean, two people worked on my house.  On-going cleaning is done by one person.  The cleaning is thorough and they use primarily green products.  They keep a mop and products at my house (an additional charge).  Rosemary called to check-in after the first service to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.  I am very happy with the service.

I like that they use non toxic products and they are meticulous about any instructions that I leave and they are very careful about not letting the cat get out. She left a nice cotton dish towel for me when she saw we were using paper towels and gave me a nice magnet with the 12 most important foods to make sure you buy that are organic on it.

They use non toxic products, clean well and come on time. They pay taxes so you do not need to worry about the household employees. I have been using them for about 5 years now and I have not had any problems. They are honest and I am happy with them. I could get something less expensive but I am getting what I pay for.

They are reliable and trustworthy. I am never at home when they come and they have the key. They do an excellent job of cleaning. I really like them because they use natural cleaning products. I have never had a problem and always been satisfied with their work.

I'm used this service to have my house cleaned every two weeks for almost a year and am pretty satisfied. Sometimes the owner (Rosemary) cleans and sometimes her assistant cleans and they both do a respectable job. They're flexible on the schedule given a few days notice. I trust them in my home. I've even paid Rosemary to house sit for a few weeks and was very satisfied.

Rosemary had a clear understanding of the condition of my home-of course it needed cleaning or no need for her service. Results weren?t great. There were problems in every area; some areas forgotten. Vacuuming was done around furniture, not under. In the kitchen, part of the counter was cleaned but nothing sitting on the counter. Sink was covered in water spots. Our agreement included both fridge & freezer. Although not moldy, fridge definitely needed cleaning; I agreed to do the freezer. In the bathrooms - soap scum in the bathtubs, streaky mirrors & a shower door track was untouched. The only laundry I requested was throw rugs, which had been in the original agreement - she refused to do any cleaning of those rugs. She was the one initiating conversations, particularly about how to change her helper?s status from sub-contractor to employee. When contacted about the problems, Rosemary did NOT apologize nor try to work with me on anything.

"ON SHORT NOTICE THIS CLIENT NEEDED A TWO LEVEL HOUSE & PORCH CLEANED FOR AN EVENT. WE MET, DISCUSSED CHARGES AND ESTIMATED 4 HRS. FOR TWO PEOPLE. I TOLD HER 4 COULD BE OUR CUT OFF TIME SINCE SHE FRETTED OVER COST. A BIG HOUSE, WITH 8 ADULT CATS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A WHILE. I EXPLAINED MY RATES & THAT EACH HOUSE VARIES WHICH THE INITIAL CLEANING WILL HELP DETERMINE. SATISFIED WITH HER QUESTIONS ANSWERED SHE SET A DATE TO CLEAN. UPON RETURNING SHE ASKED ME TO FINISH ASSEMBLING HER NEW VACUUM DELAYING OUR START. SOON SHE BEGAN ADDING ON OTHER REQUESTS. WE INCLUDED THE FRIDGE, WHICH WAS OVERGROWN WITH MOLD. WHILE WORKING, THE CLIENT FOLLOWED US TO EACH ROOM COMPLAINED ABOUT HER CAT SITTING BUSINESS, MAKING CONVERSATION, AND INSISTED ON HAVING LAUNDRY DONE. AFTER 4 HRS OF CLEANING WORK WAS NOT COMPLETE. EARLIER I MENTIONED MY COUPON DISCOUNT FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS SO I OFFERED TO EXTEND OUR TIME BY 40 MINS.- NO CHARGE. WE FINISHED AND PACKED UP WITH A HAPPY CLIENT SAYING, "HOW CLEAN EVERYTHING SMELLED". SEVERAL DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A 2-PAGE E-MAIL (NO WHITE SPACE) OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT ALL ROOMS EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT A DETAILED CHECKLIST. AREAS SHE SAID TO SKIP WERE MENTIONED AS BADLY CLEANED. READING ON IT WAS OBVIOUS A RENEGOTIATIONS WOULD NOT HELP & THE BEST SOLUTION WAS TO OFFER MY SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR HER DISSATISFACTION AND I COULD NOT BE OF FURTHER HELP."

Rosemary was very prompt in contacting me regarding her services and my needs. She set up a mutually convenient appointment to sit with me and provide me with an estimate. We visited for a considerable amount of time and when I decided to hire her I knew that she was an honest, reliable person who would be very careful with my household that contains many antiques. I have only used her services a couple times, (once when she came, and once when her assistant Lindsay came), and have been very satisfied.

After charging us an extra 75$ for cleaning supplies and a special mop and bucket (because she refused to use ours,) she cleaned three times. I was unhappy from the beginning, she did a very poor job and was VERY SLOW! This resulted in our being charged for hours of work, and I am still unsure what she did during this time. After begging for a third chance, she cleaned the final time and again did a very poor job (I had to clean after her) so I finally had to let her go. When I explained we could not work together anymore she proceeded to insult both me and my husband.

LATER THAT DAY I RECEIVED A MALICIOUS PHONE CALL FROM THIS CLIENT LEAVING LITTLE ROOM FOR A WIN-WIN RESOLUTION. CHARGES WERE WELL BELOW THE CLAIMED 300.00. IN FACT I LOST MONEY. THE JOB WAS DONE IN JULY 06 BUT HE POSTED IN OCTOBER WHICH IS THE DATE MOST CLEANING SERVICES GENERATE NEW CLIENTS."
