Car battery died due to dome light being left on. Always use keyless entry so keys don't work in the door anymore. They were prompt and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

The salesman was very thorough and pragmatic in explaining the pros and cons of the various models. They had a really nice selection too. We just felt more comfortable and got better attention there than at other stores we visited.

They work was OK, but a little sloppy. One of the locks was not installed upright, so key must go in somewhat sideways. Vey nice installer.

CALLED TO FIND INFORMATION ON THE LOCK, THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER IT AND WE HAD THEM THAT SAME DAY. WE PICKED UP AND INSTALLED THE LOCKS OURSELVES.

THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED VERY SKILLFULLY. I WAS ABLE TO GIVE A CREDIT CARD # OVER THE PHONE AND RETURNED HOME TO FIND THE WORK DONE PERFECTLY. THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

ALL MY KEYS WERE STOLEN OFF MY PICNIC TABLE IN MY BACKYARD AROUND 8PM. RYAN GOT HERE AROUND 10PM AND REPLACED MY LOCKS. HE COULDNT HAVE BEEN NICER--VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIDY. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC, I WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
