It went very well, the quoted price was much lower than others I received. As problems with our exterior revealed themselves, City Wide communicated them to us and found solutions that did not raise the price significantly, i.e. there was no nickel-and-diming for all kinds of extra stuff. In our case, City Wide found that extra time spent scraping and power washing would remove more of the old paint. They quoted us for the additional labor and they were right, the extra work did take much more of the old pain off and helped with the appearance of the newly painted building and should help with the longevity. The quote for the extra labor was very reasonable. and I would say that they were quite thorough and did an excellent job at a very fair price.

City Wide Painting provided us with an estimate that was competitive with the two other quotes we had received. After the estimate had been received, the majority of the work was completed in the time period as agreed upon. John Ryan (owner) was one of the painters for a small part of the job. One of the painters was polite and professional. The other painter on the job lacked in the area of professionalism. They went above and beyond and installed a towel rack and paper holder in the master bedroom, as well as touched up the edge of another bathroom that was painted by the homeowner - at no additional charge. The company came back after two phone calls to touch up corners and other missed spots around the home with paint. One of the cracks in the master bedroom was either poorly repaired or not repaired at all. Several months and phone calls later - the company still has not come out to repair this problem. I am unsure if I would hire them again.

NO DROP CLOTH, NOT CLEAN. NOT RESPONSIVE, PAINT ON SOFA, WOODWORK, CARPET AND BLIND. VERY SLOPPY. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY DIDNT WANT TO WORK FOR ME.
