+ -1 moreIF YOUR IDEA OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO BE TREATED POORLY, THEY ARE THE PLACE TO GO. THE LAST TIME SOMEONE DID ACTUALLY COME OUT, IT WAS A BOSS-TYPE PERSON, AND HE ADMITTED THAT THE SERVICE DONE ALONG THE WAY WAS SHODDY. THEIR SERVICE STARTED OUT GREAT. AS TIME WENT ON, THE SERVICE BECAME WORSE AND WORSE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR OPENER IN 2000. WE HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY 6 TO 8 MONTHS SINCE THEN FOR SERVICE FOR THE SAME OR RELATED PROBLEMS. WE CALLED THEM RECENTLY FOR SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE US BECAUSE THE OPENER IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. WE HAVE DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF REPLACING THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
