CHUCK'S CARPET INSTALLATION

Chuck came to my house to give me an estimate on my upstairs. I wanted the entire upstairs completed, he said I didn't need to be completed and quoted me for 2/3 of the upstairs. Didn't return or respond to my calls and texts after that.
 I also asked him to bring his samples of grey carpet tones. He brought brown samples instead and told me grey is not in style.
 Seemed like a nice guy but was not professional at all. He's a total waste of time and said he hated Angie's List.

The installed carpet looks great. I have no complaints about the service which was completed quickly and accurately.

We are happy with what they did. They were fast. We decided to use their services because of a referral.

Chuck's Carpet Installation met with us in person at our home to understand our objectives and our budget.  They provided a range of samples that met the price point we were seeking. They delivered and installed the carpet on schedule as agreed.  Our home is four (4) levels and consists of a number of angles. The removal of our old carpeting and installation was completed professionally as agreed.  They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

They were very straight forward. Their price was good. I appreciated that they didn’t charge a lot extra to do the staircases. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

Chuck was happy to come out two days after getting our call (on a Saturday morning) and do the work. He estimated it would take an hour to put down the tack strips (into concrete) and stretch the carpet. He also fixed another minor issue with the carpet while he was there. Nice guy, good work!

Chuck was right on time for the estimate and tack strip installation. He was running about an hour behind for the actual carpet installation, but completed the work so quickly (in about an hour and a half) that it was not an issue at all. The carpet looks great and after a bit of vaccuuming, you cannot see the seam at all. We're very happy with the carpet and how it was installed.

We contacted Chuck after we orderer our carpet. We had a date scheduled for the install, however we were unable to pick up the carpet the day before the install as we had hoped. We placed a call to Chuck to reschedule, however he was kind enough to pick up the carpet for us since the warehouse was close to his shop. The job was complete in a couple of hours in the afternoon. It was very well done and we are really pleased! We would surely use him again without any hesitation.

I'd definitely hire them again. They were very polite and picked up their mess. They also hauled away the old padding on our stairs for us. They were just all around very professional.

We bought the carpet from Carpet Direct, the dimensions came out to 60 yards but due to pattern of the carpet we chose, we ended up ordering 70 yards. He had a list of installer's, and he recommended some. We called the one that was recommended but they could not put the carpet in until three weeks later. We then checked with Chucks flooring because he was on Angie's List. He could do it right away, and he was reasonable. He had a flat rate for laying the carpet, and a flat rate added to that for taking up the old carpet and hauling it away. The job was completed in 1 afternoon. There was a small area by the landing at the bottom of the stairs that was coming up, so I called them back and they promptly corrected it. We are very pleased with the work!!!

Chuck didn't return my first call for 2 weeks. He told me that he had problems with his phone and was very apologetic (and convincing...). I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment but he didn't show up or call. We rescheduled for the next day but he forgot again.
