Chris is easy to talk to and do business with, always helpful in the nerve-wracking business of selling a house.
"[member name removed], Thanks for the review. You had a great house and are a pleasure to work with. Hope your move to East Coast works out great for you. Negotiating repairs is always a delicate matter. I think we made out good on the work the Buyer wanted."
a volunteer Firefighter! I thought ?This guy seems too good to be true!? Just to make sure it wasn?t just me, I?ve spoken with over 20 of his past clients, from first time home buyers that met him at the homeowner classes he teaches to buyers that have bought and sold with him numerous times over, and everything they say supports that he is knowledgeable about the process and he knows Houses.
"(deleted member name), Your the greatest. Being a volunteer firefighter has been fun. The training has definitely helped me spot problems and hazards in homes."
