Chris is the real deal. He knows the cities and the business. He will do everything he can to make sure you get the best deal. He has a lot of good, helpful contacts to help with the whole home buying process. He is very personable and fun to work with. We had some appraisal trouble and he was able to negotiate for us and get us a way better deal. Highly recommended! Could not have done it without him.

Chris is awesome. He sold our condo in St Paul and helped us find our first home. We looked at A LOT of houses with Chris. We were pretty picky about what we wanted in a home and Chris never made us feel pressured to put in an offer on something we didn't love. We looked at all sorts of styles and ages of homes and because of his experience, Chris always had good insight on cost estimates of renovation/repair and what types of issues we could run into depending on the home. Chris was recommended to us by friends, and we would definitely recommend him to ours!

I met Chris at a night home buying class and worked with him for buying my first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, homes and areas I was looking. He provided great insight into the value of the homes we were looking at and was able to assess each home quickly when looking at it. He was also easy to get a hold of and communicate with through every phase! He made the entire process easy and I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

It went well. Every house that came on the market that we were interested in, Chris was able to show and provide guidance and information quickly, which was needed during a fast market. During the bidding process, he was available in a timely manner to facilitate all steps. He was generally calm, knowledgeable and familiar with the local market. His experience with general contracting was helpful in evaluating the condition of houses. I used the people he suggested for securing financing and the home inspection. I shopped around for other options, and his picks were equivalent or superior to the others I spoke with. Since Chris Gemlo and Eric House (of MLS Mortgage Group) work together often, the whole process went very smoothly and quickly.

It was fantastic! Chris had been working with a couple who were looking for an entry-level home. He sold my house even before I signed him to a contract! The only quibble I have is that I needed to be kept up to date on the buyer's end and Chris didn't call me to update me as much as I liked. Otherwise, he was terrific!
