Late Thursday afternoon, my computer froze up and then would not restart. I had heard of Chris Petersen's repair service from a friend. I left a message on Thursday evening, he returned the call Friday morning, and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He arrived on time and set to work. He asked me a lot of questions on how I used my computer and what had happened on Thursday. He tested several things, determined that the memory had failed. He replaced the memory and did more testing to make sure the problem was solved. He also sold me a flash drive, backed up my data and gave me step by step instructions on how to do it myself. I asked many other questions about my operating system and my browser. I really appreciated that he answered my questions in an easy to understand way. Some computer repair services I have used have been too technical or condescending when I asked questions.
