The floors turned out beautiful. Chad does great work and he worked hard to complete the project over a short time frame.

The little Tudor bungalow we purchased in 2000 was in need of a lot of love. In the years we lived there we systematically removed the carpet room by room thinking we'd try to refinish the floors ourselves. After renting a sander and spending several weekends we came to conclude this was best left for the experts. A good friend recommended Chad when we listed our home for sale. Overall, it took 5 days for them to strip, sand and put a nice natural finish on them. There were four large holes in the floor from radiators that were moved during the house' s lifetime. I figured we'd simply patch with tin the way the old timers did. Turns out all Chad needed was some used flooring material to weave in a patch. You can't tell where these used to be anymore! Chad and his team did a beautiful job! I wish we still lived in our old home; the floors a gorgeous!!
