It was great. They were great and they were nice. I would use them again except that they are too far away. The house stayed really clean for a couple of weeks after they left.

Tina and her crew cleaned my house on a bi-weekly schedule for for at least six months. Many times things had been missed and I would call or email her and I would always get the response, thank you for your input but never sorry for missing the items, or offering to re-do the missed things, or discounting the price. I would inform Tina of things not done and she would say she would be sure to do next time. When she came the next time she would missed new things. I would go on and on.
For a while I just over-looked the job not quite done to my satisfaction until one of the last times her company cleaned she did not even do the floor around the toilet which I couldn't let go. At that point I checked more carefully the whole house to see how she did and other things were missed too. When I called Tina her excuse was she was on vacation and someone else came to clean. I told her I did not appreciate her expecting full payment for a job not done well. She agreed to knock $25 off my next cleaning. I told her that is things didn't improve I may need to move on to someone new.
At her next ( final) cleaning I expected that all would be done as promised when I hired her. I came home and did a through check of how she did. Here is some of the items missed to name a few. This is what I found: Front door secretary not dusted at all, TV stand in Kitchen not dusted, Corner shelf not dusted, Rocking chair not dusted. Shelves in bedroom not dusted, faucets in bathroom not cleaned, Cobb webs on light in bathroom downstairs from time before still not wiped off (I left for a reason) Dust under wine rack and bakers rack so not swept.
I emailed her my comments and she said that she did a bang-up job. No apology or admitting things were missed. I told her my idea of clean and her was quite different and we decided to part ways.

The owner let me change the appointment date (which was fantastic) and housekeepers were punctual and also went over the alloted time that was paid for. Could not have been a better experience!

I was expecting them noonish but got a call at 10:45, saying they were on their way. Happily, I was able to meet them at around 11:00.
There were two cleaners. They did a nice job. They had about 75 minutes allocated to me, and not only got all their assigned work done, they also cleaned the floor of one of my bedrooms.
When they arrived, I got a multi-page explanation of Central Home Cleaning's many rules and requirements.
I would consider having them back, but even with the discounted rates they were more expensive than my last cleaners.

I was hosting my grandsons graduation party and needed some help cleaning the kitchen wood cupboards and storm door glass.

I guess I am surprised at some negative reviews for Central Cleaners. I do not expect perfection, nor do I expect them to be as fussy with some things as I would be myself. They arrived as expected, they got right to work, and they performed the and quot;man hoursand quot; identified on the coupon I purchased (2.5 man hours = 1.25 hours with two people). They did a VERY GOOD job. My house is now clean, and since I have been ill lately and unable to do it myself, I am very, very satisfied. I did a couple of very minor touchups after they left, but I mention this only to counter the reviews of people whose expectations are maybe a bit unrealistic. This was good work done for a good price. I will be very happy to have Tina come back again.

We were entirely satisfied by the work and service. To start with, we set up an appointment; but we forgot about it and were out of the house when they first came. They left information in the door and a nice message on the phone. Tina was very gracious when we called and apologized, and she readily rescheduled us for another date. They came on time and were professional in their conduct.

I know it was snowing when we called you to let you know we were going to be late because of the snow and you even told us not to come if was too bad, but we do our best to get to all of our special customers even in bad weather. You also told us not to worry about all of the boxes and things that were covering all of your surfaces as your home was quite crowed and we were unable to get to much do to the limited unused space. The others of the company were very prompt, professional and friendly. I was prepared to rave about the job they did cleaning my home but in fact was pretty disappointed. I wasn't watching them clean, but it was obvious that they didn't wash floors, and in dusting, missed some surfaces. Again, I would so like to give them a high rating, but can't.

Because of the coupon you purchased it restricted what we were supose to do, however, we did do more than the coupon had offered. We did of course wash the floors, we are carful not to use a lot of water when people are walking in and out. I enjoyed visiting with you and hope we have the opportunity to meet again. My second experience with Central Home Cleaning was not a good one. She failed to clean my bathroom and my floors. Didn't clean behind doors or the air returns. You could still see dirt marks in the grout in my entry area. Items that were sitting on my coffee table still had dust on them. And she would not tell me how long she was at my home.
