For a while I just over-looked the job not quite done to my satisfaction until one of the last times her company cleaned she did not even do the floor around the toilet which I couldn't let go. At that point I checked more carefully the whole house to see how she did and other things were missed too. When I called Tina her excuse was she was on vacation and someone else came to clean. I told her I did not appreciate her expecting full payment for a job not done well. She agreed to knock $25 off my next cleaning. I told her that is things didn't improve I may need to move on to someone new.
At her next ( final) cleaning I expected that all would be done as promised when I hired her. I came home and did a through check of how she did. Here is some of the items missed to name a few. This is what I found: Front door secretary not dusted at all, TV stand in Kitchen not dusted, Corner shelf not dusted, Rocking chair not dusted. Shelves in bedroom not dusted, faucets in bathroom not cleaned, Cobb webs on light in bathroom downstairs from time before still not wiped off (I left for a reason) Dust under wine rack and bakers rack so not swept.
I emailed her my comments and she said that she did a bang-up job. No apology or admitting things were missed. I told her my idea of clean and her was quite different and we decided to part ways.
There were two cleaners. They did a nice job. They had about 75 minutes allocated to me, and not only got all their assigned work done, they also cleaned the floor of one of my bedrooms.
When they arrived, I got a multi-page explanation of Central Home Cleaning's many rules and requirements.
I would consider having them back, but even with the discounted rates they were more expensive than my last cleaners.
The cleaning ladies arrived on time got the work done and left on time. Job well done.

I know it was snowing when we called you to let you know we were going to be late because of the snow and you even told us not to come if was too bad, but we do our best to get to all of our special customers even in bad weather. You also told us not to worry about all of the boxes and things that were covering all of your surfaces as your home was quite crowed and we were unable to get to much do to the limited unused space.
