Castle referred Mr. Marty Schirber to do this job and he turned out to be a terrible recommendation, I don't even know why they referred him. I called Mr. Schirber (who apparently founded Castle) for a quote for siding and he scheduled an appointment to meet us that evening. I rushed home after work, but he didn't show up or call. I scheduled another appointment for one morning before work; a few days later and he spent more than an hour looking around. He basically eyeballed it, he didn't write anything down, take measurements, ask us questions, as would a normal person giving an estimate. He was rather distracted by other features of our house and kept commenting on all the other million things we needed to fix instead. I gave him a week or two before calling for the estimate and he didn't have anything ready and I couldn't get a hold of him either. I called the parent company (Castle) as they had given me his number and told me to call them back if I had any problems. They gave me a number of different contractor. Three weeks time was wasted, as he could have just told me that he couldn't or wouldn't do the job. Not Professional.
