The initial dealings were okay including the first meeting and for a short period of time there after. She did "stage" the condo for us and we were satisfied with that. However, after that she was a very poor communicator not returning calls and/or emails in a timely manner if at all! My daughter who had used her in purchasing her first home (a townhome) had similar experiences when she again used CJ's services as she was in the process of selling her townhome to buy a home in Bloomington. We both told CJ we no longer would be using her services. She sent me an email apologizing for her lack of service without providing any clue as to the reason. I'm assuming she was dealing with some issues in her personal life.

CJ Gade was recommended to me by a former colleague. CJ has patiently taken me to visit over 50 houses over a 4 month period, some more than once in order to accommodate my husband's and my son's schedule. She has helped me sort through many listings of properties providing me with e-mails of properties that met my criteria. She helped me wade through issues regarding foreclosures and short sales, educating me on the various issues and requirements. She has researched utility costs for selected properties, performed market analyzes several times for different blocks, and worked directly with my banker regarding commitment letters and other financing tasks. Many evenings and weekend days she has accommodated my schedule to meet me at a house or gather information for me, even after spending time looking at other houses with me during the day. While I am buying a house in a lower price range, resulting in lower overall commissions, CJ has given me every bit the same level of service I might expect for a house at the top of the range. CJ is detail oriented, tireless and motivated to get the job done. As a type A, I am rather analytical and focused(some might say demanding)and CJ has met and/or anticipated every request with a smile on her face and enthusiasm in her voice. CJ has far exceeded my expectations and I give her the highest ratings possible.
