I changes lawn co. last fall. Carls blew out our sprinkler system for winter. This spring I noticed the pipe on the outside of my house had burst due to water in it. They had not properly blew all the water out. It took several phone calls to get them to come out and fix. They didfinally fix the pipe. Later when I wanted to use the sprinker system, it did not work. It took so many phone calls to get them back, they never returned my messages, made two appointments witha time window 4-6. They never showed up and didn't call to reschedule. I have never been so frustrated with a company before. They finally came out to fix the problem, but they didn't call to say they were even coming. I would not use this co. or recommend them to anyone!!

A MIXED EXPERIENCE. INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME AT TIME OF ESTIMATE ABOUT THE SEQUENCE OF INSTALLING SOD AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM WAS INACCURATE, CAUSING DELAYS. THE OWNER SHOWED UP AT 5:35 A.M. FOR A 6:00 AM APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T THINK IT WAS INAPPROPRIATE TO COME THAT EARLY. I DECIDED THAT THE COMMUNICATION WASN'T WORKING WELL AND USED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR INSTALLING THE SYSTEM.

FAMILY OWNED. INSTALLED AN IN GROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM. MUCH CHEAPER! WONDERFUL WORK. DID NOT TEAR UP THE LAWN DURING PROCESS.
