CAREFREE GARDENS

I believe this is the fourth year we have had Carefree Gardens out to do spring and fall cleanup.  We set up a day/time for the work and they arrived promptly.  They worked quickly and left the property and the road in front of our home looking meticulously kept.  They are professional and easy to communicate with.
They have been good about educating me about what I have in our gardens (we have a lot of different plants).  Over time, they have turned a garden where many plants interspersed with other plants to providing definition between the plants and making the garden more attractive and manageable.  Some plant material was removed completely due to my requests (invasive plants).

I have been pleased with their work. They were out twice last fall and they are due to come back this spring. The price included both stages. We have a rather sizable front garden. We are new to this house and I don't know the plants. He was working on educating me on some of these plants to the best I could do it. I have been very pleased with his knowledge. He seems to know his plants in ways that nobody else does so he could identify plants that other people were unable to. Since we are new to this property, it was important to me. He is willing to work with me on what it is I want. He does a good job working with what you have got. The price was fine with me. I am planning to use him again. I wanted a full year of service from him because part of what we planned with him was doing the full year because of what we were hiring him for.

Doug charges by the hour or will give a bid on the job. His price quote is what he charged. Doug was efficient, came prepared on time, checked with me the night before the job was done. He cleaned up and returned all items as they were used. He was respectful of my property. Doug did an excellent and thorough job.
