bad. They replaced a front bearing that most-likely was not bad, and broke my anti-lock brakes in the process. I needed to take a 2000 mile round trip and wanted to make sure that a slight but annoying front end vibration wasn't going to cause a breakdown that potentially could cost more than time and aggravation(as I was leaving a pregnant wife and our 3 year old in a city where we recently had moved where we had no other family members and little support). I told them that I recently had the tires rotated and re-balanced(at Sam's club) and the problem was getting worse. They were very cordial and got my car into the garage, where a short time later they called me in from the waiting room to show me what they were seeing that pointed to a bearing replacement. They had the car up on the lift and had a guy start it and put it into gear so that the front tires would spin; they pointed to the "wheel hop" in the passenger wheel. There was a noticeable difference between the driver's and passenger side tires as they spun at speed. Needing to get going on my trip I gave the go ahead for them replace the bearing. Before leaving I was told by the mechanic who did the work that "often times when you replace a bearing, the wheel hub is moved out a little more and no longer matches up with the ABS sensor, and so the ABS light comes on", and this is what happened when he replaced the bearing on my car. I told him I wasn't sure I could buy that but I'd deal with it when I got back. But just at that point as he was explaining (with the wheels not spinning this time), I noticed that there was a huge bent spot on the tire rim on the side that I could not see standing on the outside part of the car. This is what really was causing my problem because the problem did not go away until I had the rim replaced. They should have seen it, and Sams Club should have as well. So I went from a Japanese made bearing that would have lasted who know how long to a who-knows-what bearing and no ABS anymore for winter without spending another 500 bucks to fix it. Since I've resorted to doing all my own work due to financial reasons over the past year or so, I've learned what a crock of kaka they sold me, and want to heartily recommend people to stay away from at least this CARX, and the one in Hopkins as well(for which I'll write a separate review when I have time).

I like them and they do good work. The manger always listens to you and he is a good communicator. I trust them and they are honest. They don’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. It is a good company and the mechanics do good work.
