They said they would get back with me, but they did not call back for weeks. When I finally called them back myself, they said they had no idea who we were.

Went very well. They were very responsive and professional. Scheduling went smoothly. Painters showed up and did a great job, taking care with attention to detail and did a great job cleaning up. The guy I worked with to schedule and wrap up was very friendly and worked with me fairly when I expressed a concern about pricing. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them highly.

They were professional. The experience was very good but I didn't use them.

I work with Capstone often and I am always impressed at how fast their turn around time is. They have very reasonable rates and everyone that works there is such a pleasure to talk to. They do great work and I will continue to use them in the future.

This job went very well and smooth. they took the time needed to get it done right. we were concerned about the weather and temperature , as it was early spring. they assured me that they would monitor this and did very well at letting us know when they where coming and what to expect. they where extremely clean and well organized. Used great quality paints as well. Some of this was a repaint and some was new material. One day in with primer the next with the paint and they where done. what an awesome job on matching the color. You guys get my best grade. thanks

I have used Capstone in the past, so I already knew the owners and the painters and i was very pleased the last time I used them. I called in early Spring to line up an estimate, their price was very good and we line up the job to start in early May. They came and were very thorough in their prep work. They power washes, scraped, caulked, sanded, covered plants, covered my grass and sidewalks too. Their painters were also very friendly and easy to get along with. Overall they did a great, clean job and were a pleasure to work with.

I hired Capstone Painting LLC to re-finish my kitchen cabinetry because of their professionalism and competitive pricing. Upon their arrival, the crew did extensive prep work before beginning to paint and diligently worked to get the job done on time. The onsite foreman was conscientious and responded immediately to my questions and concerns. He made the process easy by communicating and coordinating in an honest fashion. When the project was complete, my kitchen looked 20 years younger and I couldn't have been happier! I would definitely hire Capstone again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

I needed my kitchen painted and my hardwood floors refinished so I called Ryan from Capstone Painting. I met with the owner and he gave me a bid. I was satisfied with the price so they started in the work in 2 days. We were still a little confused on what color to stain our hardwood and which pain colors to use. They gave some helpful advice without telling us what to do. I m glad too because we really liked the colors and it brought out the dark woodwork wonderfully! One issue that we uncovered when we removed the carpet was a large, dark water stain in the hardwood floor. I didn t think it could be sanded out but amazingly, after a lot of extra hard work and sanding it looks 99% better. After the sanding and multiple coats of stain, the floor dried and looked great! They cleaned up and left the house looking great. I really felt comfortable having this work done in my home. Ryan managed the whole process well and there were no surprises. I recommend Capstone to anyone looking to have painting or hardwood flooring done.

They were very friendly from start to finish. They did extensive prep work and the walls turned out beautifull. Ryan was very professional and made sure the job was done right and on time. I have already recommended Capstone Painting to my family and friends.

We hired Ryan to paint the exterior of our window and door frames. We discussed the work that would be performed, including scraping and sanding the wood smooth before painting. We agreed that on upper windows where people did not get a close look from the outside, the surface did not need to be sanded perfectly smooth, but I explained that I wanted a smooth surface on the areas that were easily visible. I was very disappointed in the results. His team did not open the windows when painting, and as a result we have a thick glob of paint on the outside which just peels off when the window is opened. The surfaces were not sanded smooth, so the paint job looks terrible. They totally forgot to paint two windows and while they did a good job of cleaning up in the areas that they cleaned, they left several areas a mess. Ryan said he thought his team did a good job (so we disagree about what acceptable quality is) but agreed we did not need to pay the remaining half due ($800).

EXCELLENT. RYAN WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY CALL, VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID TOP QUALITY WORK AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. THE WORK HE DID IS BEAUTIFUL AND HE LEFT THE HOME IN SPOTLESS CONDITION. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.
