He could not have been more friendly, professional or helpful. He was the whole package at a very fair price, and he was able to fit us in to his schedule very quickly, which is what pretty much everyone needs in a plumber. Of course we hope that we have no more plumbing problems, but if we do, he will be the one we call, without a doubt. Our project was small, but from what he said, he could tackle much larger projects too.

First, I wouldn't recommend doing what we did. Doing things on short notice drives up the cost and reduces your options, but sometimes you don't have a choice. Capitol was the only plumber of the three we selected from Angie's List (all licensed, bonded, and insured) that returned our phone call in a reasonable amount of time so they got the job by default. Noah was professional but late. This is not really a surprise because he had to shoehorn us into his schedule and made sure that we were aware of the potential conflict ahead of time. He also kept us up to date as his schedule evolved. Once on site, Noah recommended against upgrading the third project on the grounds that it would drive up the price for too little benefit and we accepted that. We had purchased the sink and the supporting equipment the day before but, inevitably, missed one piece. Noah got the piece for us while running an errand for another client and was finished by 3:00 PM and everything has since worked great. The price we paid was a bit higher than we liked, but given the short notice and the timing, we can't really complain and are very happy with the quality of work.

Jason Berg was amazing. He's a very effective communicator, knows something about everything and gives great advice. He is great about coming right out to perform work and is fairly priced.
