It was excellent! We have run some issues with the president of the company and he compensated it. It was just a big misunderstanding. Overall, we were very happy with the result provided by the president himself.

This was a not a simple installation. The kitchen countertop has a furnace flue in the corner which made for a tough corner. We advised them of plumbing issues and they developed solutions to all of the problems. There were just minimal issues and they were resolved quickly and professionally We are very happy with the end results from the effort. They recommended Karron quartz sink and Delta Faucets. They directed us to showrooms to pick the faucets and tile.

It was fun! Not many say that about a kitchen/bath remodel. From the moment I met Gordon at Cabinetpak, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. He cared so much about my project and me being happy with everything. I trusted him immediately. Gordon and his team ALWAYS went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were so good at communicating schedules, changes, etc. The installers--Denny and John--are true craftsmen. They are perfectionists. They did work like they were doing it in their own home. Yvonne in the office was a big help as well. When I couldn't make up my mind, she offered ideas and her opinion, which is exactly what I needed. My project was "on schedule" and "on budget." What more could you ask for. This is a great team. I can't wait to work with them again on another project in my home.

We love our kitchen! The cabinets have held up very well - we had the work done more than four years ago and the cabinets still look and function like new. The Omega Brand cabinets are very well made - they have soft close drawers, doors, and pullouts. They helped me design the layout and had a mock-up of what the finished kitchen would look like. The pricing was a little higher than other estimates, but the quality of cabinetry was also higher. It was well worth the money! The craftsman who installed the cabinets did a wonderful job and was very professional. I highly recommend Cabinetpak Kitchens!

We are very happy with the results. They came in right on schedule as far what they gave us for a time table. I had gotten the feeling that they were not watching what they were doing. At one point they had to take out the overhead soffit lighting. Part of it extends another 5 or 6 feet out the back of the house but only at the first story level. When they pulled those lights down there was no sheet rock in the areas where the lights were so they had to put those back in. We needed a vapor barrier but they didn’t realize this until I had pointed it out to them. They explained that they hadn’t brought any plastic with them. I showed them I had plastic. He explained that he didn’t have a hammer stapler and I explained that I had a fabric stapler. He then told me that he didn’t have any help and I explained that I would help him. The sheet rock guys came out and the ceiling is a popcorn finish. They came in sprayed there but the cabinets weren’t up yet and he came out too far from the wall. When the cabinets were coming in there were going to be areas without popcorn designs. They did correct everything but it was kind of upsetting. I have a good background in electrical wiring and in the kitchen they had wired all the outlets up to code. When we finally had our new dishwasher installed we were trying it out. When the washer kicked on the overhead lights dimmed. I told him he needed to take some of the load off as it was not distributing the electricity load properly. He did and it worked but he should have been better monitoring the load. Overall they did a good job but I felt that I always had to be here to see what was going on. Sometimes a decision has to be made but some of these decisions could have been made by them. They fixed all issues I had concerns about. Gordon was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We couldn't be happier with the job. The new white laminate and door are exact matches to the adjacent kitchen cabinets that are now eleven years old. The workmanship was superb. The joints between the new and old laminate facings are tighter than the other joints in the original job. Because of the difficulty in estimating the potential problems that might be encountered in the cabinet removal and reinstallation, the job was undertaken on a best-efforts, time-and-materials basis. Cabinetpak gave an estimated range of possible costs before we began, and their final invoice was on the low end of the range. The installer worked efficiently and made no attempt to add costs to the job.

Its it Beautiful!!!!   They helped Me with My choices of color and style.  I asked for several changes from what We used to have to what We have now, No Problem.   I couldn't be more happy with the job Cabinetpak.  many compliments from other people.  We used a product called thermofoil for our cabinet fronts, and the product feels so soft , my friends we're constantly touching it.!!

Seventeen years ago, I moved into a house with an incredibly beat up kitchen. As the years progressed, the counters were sagging more and more and the cabinets were getting more worn and ugly.
Cabinetpak was one of the last companies I called. They impressed me in so many ways. Bill, the guy who wrote up the bid was amazingly helpful. He noted that as long as I was redoing everything, I might want to get rid of my old appliances. Also he mentioned refrigerators are now taller, so it would be a good idea to adjust the cabinets for future taller fridges. I was impressed that the countertop and cabinet refacing were including in the same quote.
I was offered me a few different price points ? like if I was doing this to sell my house soon, or if I planned on living in my house for a while.
Denny, the contractor came out and spent hours carefully measuring so that everything would fit properly. He was also the one who
installed my new cabinet doors plus many other things. Holy cow! Denny is amazing. Along with Bill, he had great ideas and solutions. For example, a range hood that wouldn?t fit back in he used olive oil as to not scratch the wood. Denny was amazing.
As with any kind of house repair a wall had to be torn open and pipes refitted. I decided to us the subcontractors; plumbers, electricians, drywall installers and painters that Cabinetpak knows.  They all have each other on speed dial and can confer about what is going on and where. Cabinetpak was able to get multiple contractors to my house the same day. I strongly suggest you use the companies they know.
As long as everything was being replaced, I took Bill's recommendation and treated myself to gorgeous new appliances. Bill was correct that my old outdated appliances would look even uglier in the gorgeous new kitchen.
The few days I had of having no kitchen made it totally worth it. I love love love my new kitchen.

I thought the sales person who came initially was very, open, no pressure and informative. The work man who took off the old doors and installed new doors were professional, polite, clean. Overall they were very easy to work with and nice to have in the house.

Everything went fine.  All individuals at CapinetPak are very professional and easy to work with.  Gorden is very easy going and a pleasure to work with.  Denny and John are also top notch.  The work was excellent.  Only complaint is subcontractor used for backsplash work - Eagle Tile of Belle Plaine.  Owner of this company failed to cover walls around area where backsplash was installed and overspray from backsplash sealant caused difficulties with painting this area.  Also, mud rings were not installed on electrical outlets in backsplash which made replacing the cover plates on outlets difficult.  This is certainly not the fault of Cabinetpak, however, as Eagle Tile is a subcontractor.  I would definitely use CapinetPak again as they deliver great value in Omega Cabinetry.   They are a very professional and top notch company.

I was able to pick my own handles. I picked a medium brown color that looks really good. When they came out he spent about two hours measuring everything so he would be prepared to install the cabinets. It turned out perfect.

We had a couple of issues with a cabinet and breadboard. The cabinet was not the right size, a new one was ordered. The breadboard was IN the drawer, not where one would expect it to be. The cabinet drawer was reordered. John made an opening in the cabinet and added the breadboard in just the right place. These issues were resolved as quickly as possible.  We were happy to work with the companies they used doing the backsplash and soffits. It saved us a great deal of time and they were good workers.
While the price was more than we expected to pay, we got an exceptional product and workmanship. It is true that "you get what you pay for".  They responded to each question and issue quickly returning our phone calls.
We are glad we chose them.
We love our kitchen!

I had an excellent experience with this company. All employees were professional, pleasant, and communicative. They did a great job refacing and rebuilding my cabinets, and installing new countertops. The owner, Gordon, and his son Denny stayed in touch with me every step of the way.
