C & C IS A ONE MAN OPERATION. CRAIGS BID WAS THE MOST COMPETITIVE. THE FLOORS HAD LOTS OF WATER STAINS AND OTHER MARKS WHICH ALL CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. HE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING, REMOVED CLOSET DOORS FOR ME & MOVED MY WASHER/DRYER PRIOR TO STARTING ON THE JOB AT NO EXTRA COST. HE WAS ALSO WILLING TO ANSWER MY MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT ISSUES.
