Title Companies
They're very thorough and they follow through if there are any issues. They don't get all excited when there are some real problems with a real estate closing. They are very professional and handle everything behind the scenes so that the customer really doesn't even know that there are some huge problems. They are very good at resolving problems even at the closing table.
