THEY ARE VERY MUCH USED TO WORKING WITH A LOCK BOX. YOU PUT A LOCK BOX ON THE HOUSE AND THEY COME IN WHEN THEY NEED IT. I DO NOT WORK THAT WAY, AND SO I HAD TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND WHEN I DID, THEY SOMETIMES DIDN'T SHOW UP AND THAT WAS A PROBLEM. JOE WAS A PLASTERING GOD!!!

FANTASTIC. HIGH SENSE OF INTEGRITY, COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY PROMPT AND TIMELY, WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS IN COMMUNICATION, CLEANLINESS AND CARE OF PROPERTY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS. OPEN TO SWEAT EQUITY WORK BEING DONE. CANNOT THINK OF ENOUGH PRAISE FOR KEVIN AND HIS COMPANY. HE EVEN PROVIDED HIS HOME PHONE NUMBER (WHICH I NEVER NEEDED TO USE BECAUSE HE ALWAYS RETURNED AN OFFICE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS) TO ENSURE THAT I COULD REACH HIM IF NEEDED. I CANNOT SEE FINDING A BETTER CONTRACTOR.
