Needed new front struts and was recommended to replace all 4, in addition it was recommended to replace tires due to irregular wear.
My issue is that the original quote was $600 less than the ultimate bill which ended up over $5400. Reason stated was they had made a mistake in quoting the parts for the service ($1400 in parts alone vs $819 complete for rear shocks). To make it up to me they said they had performed the labor on the shock installation for free which was the best they could do. Feel it was unprofessional that I wasn't consulted first and they did not honor the original quote.
