 + 0 moreOh my gosh! I am in love! We chose not to have them finish this piece, because my husband wants to finish it in the Swedish tradition. Having it come today was so exciting, I even hugged it. They were SO careful bringing it in, which I appreciated completely. Their eyes were up and down, checking for the ceiling fan, the floor, putting down a rug. I LOVE that these items are MADE IN USA. We will be back. We are definite fans. Go there. Go on line. You will be fans, too.
Description of Work: We went in with my husband pretty much having an idea of what he was looking for. We need a kitchen cupboard to house many kitchen items that are 'necessary' to us after downsizing. They were very nice, answering questions - not just agreeing with us - but wanting to help us find the right solutions.

 + -1 moreTHE CHAIRS WERE PURCHASED BEFORE THANKSGIVING TO BE FINISHED AND DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS. BY EARLY JANUARY WE HAD HEARD NOTHING, SO WE CALLED BUCK'S ONLY TO FIND THAT THE FINISHING HAD NOT BEEN STARTED AND THAT THEY HAD SOLD ONE OF OUR CHAIRS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER - ADDED TO THAT, THE CHAIRS WERE NO LONGER IN STOCK! AFTER SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH A VERY VOLATILE SALES REP WE NEGOTIATED A DISCOUNT AND RECEIVED FIVE CHAIRS. THE SIXTH CHAIR WAS DELAYED BY SEVERAL WEEKS AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO US, BUT WE HAD TO PICK IT UP OURSELVES. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, THEY WERE UNWILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND THEIR DISCOUNT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO COMPENSATE US FOR OUR TROUBLE. AT NO POINT IN THE SALES PROCESS DID THEY HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN, AND YET WE WERE SUBJECTED TO THE SALESPERSON'S DEFENSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
