They were from my area.  I called him for an estimate and his estimate was very low so that is why I went with him.  He was very personable and friendly on the phone and also when he got here.  He was fast.  He and one other person came out and I had some fence on one part of the garage and there were these things indoors.  We handled the indoor stuff first and then we went on to the garage and all I did was stand there and point.  They were so fast with no questions and just loaded it up.  He was a nice guy.  It is kind of a small local business type of thing.

I called Mr. Brown, described the TV on the phone and asked if he could remove it. He came about two hours later with another young man -- both of them are obviously very strong. The TV barely fit going down the stairwell; there probably was literally less than 2 inches to spare on either side. They removed the TV without soi much as touching the walls in less than 10 minutes. They were very polite and professional. It was a great.experience.

Called Brown Hauling to get an estimate of miscellaneous junk and brush I had to get rid of.  Mr Brown stopped in on 5/22, gave me the cost to haul the items away and said he would be back to pick items up on 5/23 or 5/24.  He came on 5/23 and removed all I had for hauling away.  Was very polite and would have him back if needed.

Great!  I called in the AM and Terry was there that afternoon.  He came back as promised the next afternoon for some remaining wood.

Terry Brown returned my call promptly the same day I left a message. He came out to provide an estimate of the work and was able to schedule removal of everything within the week. He and his crew arrived and completed the work as scheduled. The cost was very fair and below other estimates we'd received. He was courteous, professional and completed the project just as we had discussed. He and his crew were diligent about clean-up and left the yard looking good. We were impressed with this service provider and would not hesitate to call him again.

Brown Hauling is great.  I had torn out a 35 foot long sidewalk from my property (four-inch deep concrete) and needed the resulting pile of concrete hauled away.  Terry was prompt with his quote (same-day) and was able to come with a partner on a Sunday afternoon.  They were a bit late but, once they arrived, they got to work immediately and had loaded hundreds of pounds of concrete into their truck within 10 minutes.  When they were done, there was no trace of the pile left behind.

Terry arrived 25 min. late for appt. what was scheduled as an 8:00 am. estimate.  Everything else was excellent.  Very thorough,  very polite.  Highly recommended.  He also does some work with trees.  

Terry came out promptly to give us an estimate on a small pile of construction debris/rubbish in our garage. The price was MUCH less than we expected and he came out 2 days later to haul it. It was great to find someone who would do a small job at a reasonable price.

Terry called me back right away and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The estimate sounded good, so he loaded up his pickup on the spot and hauled everything away. I'm sure my next-door neighbors were thrilled to see the junk gone!

I had hired someone else to help me transport the carpet remnants, which fell through at the last moment. I found Terry on Angie's list and called at 3pm for help the same day. He didn't hesitate to say he would do it. He met us on time at 7pm. He responded quickly, professionally, and cheerfully. He gave me a quote of $50, which was much cheaper than the other guy, and I gave him a $10 tip. I would definitely use him again.

Terry is awesome. This is the second time we have used him to haul away stuff for us and he is always very professional, punctual and thorough. The primary reason I called him this time was a bathtub I was getting rid of that I could not lift if my life depended on it. He was able to bring enough help to get the tub out of the basement and they protected my floors so there were no nicks or scratches. He is really great about doing a final sweep up and clearing the area of minute debris and leaving the whole area clean. The price he quoted me was very fair and because they worked so hard I actually paid them more than his quoted price...it was money very well spent.
