Horrible. This guy is a fraud and a liar and never followed through with any part of the job. I paid him 1/3rd down and that was my largest mistake. That money disappeared and he had me pay or all the concrete, block and even his workers since his credit cards and bank accounts are empty. I agreed to this in the interest of keeping the project moving forward. He lied to me about his capabilities, the job never was finished and he was 3 weeks behind schedule when he was finally fired. I had to hire my own bobcat operator because his little tractor was always broken. He never paid any of his workers and now I have his unpaid workers sitting outside of my jobsite trying to track him down to collect, and they have also stolen everything from my jobsite that is not bolted down. He finally got to pouring concrete and I had to stop him halfway through and dump $2000 of unused conrete because his slab was terrible, it was not level, too thin and unfinished. The concrete delivery driver said he has been delivering concrete for 32 years and had never seen suck a terrible pour. Had to hire another crew for $9000 to tear out the slab he poured and re do all his work. My entire project is now a month behind schedule and way over budget because of Brent. He lied to me every day about what was going to happen. He would never show up to do the work, and wouldn't answer my calls/texts/emails. He dumps trash from the other jobs he is working on in my backyard. He treats his employees disgracefully and does not pay them. His broken down bobcat was stranded in the middle of the jobsite for more than a week, it is now abandoned out in the street in front of my jobsite leaking oil onto the street. After I fired him after this terrible pour he was begging me for $20 so he could have enough cash to drive his truck home. I gave him the cash just to make him go away. In 20 years, I have never encountered such a terrible sub. Do not hire Brent Sherviem
