The price was the most reasonable of anywhere I checked. He did an excellent job. If I ever needed that type of work again, I would use them. Two to three people came out to do the service and they left the area clean.

We began using Brent's service when we purchased the home 5 years ago because the former homeowner (a very picky individual) had been using them. We have not once been disappointed. They are UNBELIEVABLY clean, conscientious and thorough. They always call a day or two beforehand to confirm the appointment and are always on time.

BRENT WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE AND VERY HELPFUL. HE ORDERED THE PARTS, ONE OF WHICH ARRIVED DAMAGED. HE THEN HAD TO RE-ORDER THE PART, AND GOT THE REPAIRS DONE IN TIME FOR THE SELLING OF OUR HOUSE. HE ALLOWED US TO DO SOME OF THE SIMPLE CLEANUP WORK WHICH SAVED US SOME MONEY.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. TWO GENTLEMEN SHOWED UP A HALF HOUR EARLY TO DO THE JOB. INTRODUCED THEMSELVES, GAVE ME A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK THEY WOULD BE PERFORMING AND THEN GOT RIGHT TO WORK. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, THEY EXPLAINED ALL OF THE POINTS ON THE CONDITION REPORT TO ME AND HOW TO FIX THEM.
