The level of service we received from Brenner Floors was fantastic, and better than I could have expected. Craig, the owner, managed to make a same-day appointment to provide an estimate to have our three bedrooms done. I shopped around quite a bit and Craig's pricing was very competitive, before I even knew what the result would be. Now knowing how happy we are with the finished product, I have a hard time imagining how some of the other quotes I received could have been over twice what our quote from Brenner was. Kelly was the team member that actually came out and performed the work. He was extremely polite and accommodating to our schedule. He made time to ensure we had all questions answered before he started the process, and walked through exactly what was going to take place. He took care of our home as though it was his own, even going out of his way to receive a few packages for us and make sure he locked up each evening before leaving. He was fantastic to work with, and did an excellent job. Overall, I would recommend Brenner Floors without reservation to anyone who's looking to have their wood floors done. We will absolutely have them return if we have any needs in the future.

The entire job went terrific from start to finish. I had removed carpeting. The old hardwood floor had deep sanding circles and the surface was wavy from a previous armature sanding job. Brenner floor worked a miracle and the floor looks beautiful.

He always called to say on his way and was on time. Very nice man and very professional. He did a great job and I highly recommend, as he knows what he is doing.

Great! They took good care of us.

Great floor, good price. A small dent in floor, but overall great work. They dropped a tool on existing porcelain tile floor in other room and broke the tile. They didn't bring it to my attention and had someone out to repair it but wanted $150 for the repair. I suggested they should cover that cost, but they argued that the existing tile was not installed properly which is why it broke, so they wanted $75 for the repair. I paid that but feel they should have brought it to my attention immediately after the accident and repaired it at no cost to me.

The work was done while we were on vacation. We returned to a renewed floor without any of the smell or dust. The patch jobs that were required match reasonably well and a new baseboard was installed all the way around the room. We are very pleased. Its not perfect but it is a seventy year old floor, what can we expect.

We got an estimate, We decided to go with them since they used 'dustless' equipment and got a schedule. They came when they said they were going to start and were very professional and cooperative. Joe was our main worker and he did a great job, was pleasant to work with and careful and cooperative. They finished in three days like they said they would. We are very happy with our floors and getting our kitchen back to use. The floors look beautiful, like new, and we hope to have them look that way for years to come. The clean up was minimal since they plastic covered opening and used 'dustless' equipment. We would work with C.Brenner Floors again.

Got an estimate and decided to have them do the work because he explained exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. There were some repair that needed to be done to the wood floor. The person who came to do the work was on time and very polite. He did a great job on the repair and when finished with the whole wood floor it looked wonderful. I am very happy with it.

He Was flexible about the schedule. I was moving into the house while they were working on the floors.. other workmen needed the house at the same time. ETC it was a stress storm.  Brenner floors got some of the floors done so I could move in and then came back later to finish the job to make it work for my schedule. They were flexible and responsive so I was able to move into the office and bedroom and they came back later for the rest of the house. I was also a complicated customer.  I kept changing my mind about whether I wanted new floors or to refinish the old ones. Craig just kept helping me rework the estimate. He is patient and kind. They  do good quality work, professional and easy to work with. AND price was not lowest or highest I found out there.

A few spots were missed when they finished the floors, there where also a few nicks so they came, did some cosmetics and put down another coat of finish.  We had a misunderstanding about the color of the wall vents, they re stained them right away.  Craig was very easy to work.  He made sure we were happy with everything.

This was a great experience.  Craig Brenner was professional and responsive.  The price was reasonable and Kelly who actually did the floors did a beautiful job.  Met all my expectations!

THEY WERE GREAT! THEY HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ACCURATE ESTIMATE OF THE COSTS. THEY PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAVE COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES. GOOD PROJECT CLEANUP AND EXCELLENT COLOR MATCHING WITH EXISTING WOOD IN HOUSE. BEAUTIFUL END PRODUCT. THE PROVIDED FLOOR CARE INSTRUCTIONS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRENNER FLOORS.

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY ORIGINALLY HIRED BRENNER. WE WERE PLEASED ENOUGH WITH THEIR WORK TO ENTER INTO OUR OWN CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE WORK THEY DID ON THE STAIRS, WHILE NOT CHEAP, REALLY HIGHLIGHTS THE FEATURES OF OUR HOME. MY ONLY GRIPE IS THAT WE WERE GIVEN VERY LITTLE NOTICE WHEN IT CAME TO THE ACTUAL START DATE -- WHICH MADE FOR A LONG NIGHT OF CLEARING ROOMS.

THEY HONORED A QUOTE FROM LAST YEAR, BUT ADDED $30 FOR HIGHER MATERIALS COSTS. I ARRANGED THE WORK THROUGH CRAIG THE OWNER. HE WAS POLITE AND RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY. I HAD SPECIFIC DAYS THAT I NEEDED THIS PROJECT COMPLETED AND HE MET THE DATES. CRAIG CAME OUT THE FIRST DAY TO ASSESS AND PREP THE JOB, AND HE COMMUNICATED MY NEEDS TO HIS WORKERS. THIS WAS A 3-DAY JOB. I HAD TWO DIFFERENT WORKERS ON THIS JOB, BOTH WERE CORDIAL AND WORKED QUITE QUICKLY. THE FLOORS LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY FINISHED - A HUGE IMPROVEMENT! OVERALL WE ARE QUITE HAPPY WITH OUR FLOORS. CRAIG PROVIDED SOME WRITTEN FLOOR-CARE TIPS, WHICH WERE HELPFUL. IMPRESSED THAT THERE WAS VERY LITTLE SANDING DUST IN THE HOUSE. SMALL CONCERNS: DURING CLEAN-UP, THEY DID NOT REMOVE SOME PLASTIC AND TAPING THAT THEY HAD PUT UP AROUND DUCTS AND CLOSETS. WORKERS ALSO SHOWED UP LATER THAN EXPECTED ON A FEW DAYS, ALTHOUGH THEY STILL MET THEIR COMPLETION DATE.

FIRST TIME AROUND, THEY HAD SOME MISTAKES AND THE SECOND TIME AROUND THEY FIXED THEM AND IT LOOKS GREAT. PRICES WERE MATCHED THE SECOND TIME AROUND. EASY GOING AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE END PRODUCT WAS VERY NICE.

CRAIG ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION. HE TOOK HIS TIME MEASURING TO ENSURE THE ESTIMATE WOULD BE ACCURATE. THE GUYS WORKING ON THE PROJECT SHOWED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING, WORKED ALL DAY AND WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND THE WHOLE FEELING OF THE HOUSE IS WARMER BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK.
