Brad was quite flexible and helpful in helping us find a new home in the area we were searching for - giving us lots of ideas, but recognizing that we were doing a lot of our own research. He was always available quickly over IM, email, or mobile phone at just about any time of day. In addition, Brad represented us on the sale of our existing home, but was totally understanding of the fact that we had some potential buyers already lined up. One of those came through, and his representation took the form of a low cost facilitation at that point. Awesome all around. Amount paid was 1% for facilitation on sell side, obviously $0 for buy side.
