It ended up with five detailed drawings that I used and to go out and get bids for the work. They gave me enough to exceed price and the other architects that I have talked to would just give me so much an hour price with an estimate of how many hours it would take. When I went with Boyle, I knew that my price would not exceed the price that they gave me. When my contractor took their drawings down to the city of Minneapolis to pull the permit, the state asked to keep a copy as an example of how to do good drawings for dormers. If the city inspector thinks that they are good, I would have to agree with them. They were just great with their responsiveness. They made a couple of extra trips down here like when we got to selecting materials because I was having the house reroofed and resided and when it came to selecting colors, they made an extra trip down here to help pick out the right colors on the materials. When they are working on not to exceed price, I was not expecting that kind of service. They always delivered when they said they would. They actually teach in one of the junior colleges. I cannot recommend them high enough.
