Because there is a charge for 2 rooms and I only had one room to clean, he discounted the cleaning on the chair.  Miles worked around my schedule on short notice, arrived promptly and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.  He cleaned my hallway at no extra charge, and gave me a $10 discount on my couch because it wasn't that dirty.  When he left, he gave me a free bottle of carpet "spot" cleaner.  The carpet had black spots on it and it's now spotless.  I used Miles about 5 years ago to clean my whole house.  He is very professional, is very thorough, and does a great job.  Now his products are "green" also.  I would recommend him to anyone and will use his services again!
