They pick a portion of the profit intake of the sale - it was 30% or 35%. They were very knowledgeable. Bonnie and her husband spoke to me twice beforehand about what was going to be happening. We have done some research and their price was competitive.

Bonnie's techniques for displaying and merchandizing household items were so attractive.  It made me feel like shopping as well.  I was so relieved to have everything gone so that I could put my mother's house on the market.  I felt that she and her very hard-working crew were very professional and knowledgeable about prices and what they could expect to sell items for.

Bonnie and her helpers brought in display cases, and with an eye to making everything look attractive, displayed and sold a full household of furniture, dishes, nick-nacks and accumulation of 50 years of living. She has many years of experience in selling, knows current market pricing, and brings with her a loyal following of customers who know she only runs quality sales. When the sale concluded, the crew removed and took away everything that did not sell. She offered me choices all the way on what services I wanted them to perform and told me prices for each service. I did not want to do any of the work myself and was well satisfied with the results. After three weeks, I received in the mail the check for the profit along with every sales slip so that I could review what was sold and the price paid for items. I could not have asked for any better service, and I recommend her highly.

These two really know their stuff. They knew the price of what I paid for antique items years ago, the history of various items, and what the market price is today. They have more than 50 years of combined experience. They gave us a real sense of peace and confidence as to what to charge and what we can expect to receive when we hold our own estate sale. Great team.

I called Bonnie at the recommendation of a wonderful woman at another organization, which I had called earlier in hopes they would do an estate sale for me. I had just over a month to clear out my house, which had been bought by a developer who wanted everything out, including appliances. Bonnie and her daughter Dawn made no promises: they warned me that I might not make a profit from the sale, but they would handle it as professionally as possible. They did that, and more: Dawn came in after I had moved out and cleared out my cluttered, messy basement and garage. She and her associate organized and tagged everything, sorted out the junk from the "treasures," and set up displays throughout the house and garage. They also ran classified ads in the paper, which were expensive but worth it: we had a great turnout, and Bonnie made $3,000 in sales in two days. She and Dawn made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend them.
