We had major hail damage in July and began a long process of replacing all our windows and our roof. What I liked best about Bolechoweski is that they came out right away, assessed the situation, and were there (on a Sunday afternoon!) when the insurance adjuster came. We didn't have to handle the insurance company at all, and they got everything approved in a timely manner. The work was complicated and there were moments in which we weren't initially happy with the workmanship, but each time Nick came out right away, listened, and fixed it. Our house looks great. Our windows are gorgeous. And I'm very satisfied.

Responses for estimate were prompt. Work was completed ahead of time. Work was excellent. Clean up was better than expected. Overall, I was impressed with this contractor.

After the hail storm hit our house this year we contacted Bolechowski Construction. Nick responded quickly and was very professional from the beginning. He worked with our insurance company and made sure all the damage was accounted for. It only took a few weeks for the job to be completed with new siding and roofing. The crews did a nice job with clean up. We would highly recommend for exterior work!

The 2 crews arrived on schedule and work was completed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the crews' professionalism and the quality of their work.

This was our first renovation project and it turned out to be an enormous one (basically redo-ing our entire house, which is an old house and had lots of its own quirks).  Nick was AMAZING throughout the process - he is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, patient, very customer-oriented, great at problem-solving, and was willing to help us think creatively about how to get all of the work done that we needed to, in a way that fit our budget.  With this being our first project (and it unexpectedly turned into a gigantic one), Nick was great in helping us understand the scope of what was needed, the different ways we could approach each part of the work, the things to look out for.  
Although we wound up going another way for other reasons, we would absolutely work with Nick in the future and in fact, we really want to - we have been actively thinking about what future projects we could work with him on.  He really seems like that unique combination of someone you can trust, is knowledgeable, very hard-working, also flexible and willing to be creative to meet the customer's needs - we would love to work with him again!

We had a very good experience with Bolechowski construction. Nick was very professional with frequent budget updates, good communication, and handling of his sub contractors. In fact, when one electrician did not show up when expected, he found another sub contractor.
We sought someone who would allow us to complete some of the work ourselves to help defray costs. Nick was both accommodating and helpful with guidance and use of some of his tools.
We did have a few glitches early in the process with the scheduling of inspections, but all of the inspectors were impressed with the work shown. We have an old home, so the jobs required a fair amount of creativity; Nick was willing to think outside of the box and get the job done in a timely fashion.
In general we are very happy with our experience with Bolechowski construction.

I contacted Nick, the owner of Bolechowski construction to come out and provide me with an estimate of the work that I wanted done in my bathrooms and he was able to come out right away that week and take a look and discuss my wants and discuss options. He was very professional from the first interaction and his initial estimate was the exact price that I paid at the end of the work, there were no hidden or additional charges that I was suddenly responsible for, even though there were some surprises along the way with the quality of the current bathrooms. Nick and his crew were able to get started quickly and were very efficient, and were able to gut the entire bathroom, tile, tub, and all in less then one day! They were on time and worked up until the end of the day when they were finished. We had a small delay on my end for some of the product but Nick was able to work with me on this to keep the project on schedule.
He was good about communicating with me when any issues came up or when he had questions regarding tile placement, etc., and I always felt that Nick and his team wanted to get everything perfect, just as much as I wanted everything perfect. Upstairs was finished, and the downstairs was quickly finished as well as it was not as intense. The end product was fabulous, there were no flaws and everything has been working great since then. The biggest thing I liked about him was that he worked well with my mom who watches my kids at home, he was always nice to her and did not make her feel like they were in the way at all, which was appreciated.
Because of how nice he was and the quality of his work, he ended up helping my mom out with some damage that occurred in her house as a result of a leaking toilet. She can be a bit challenging at times, but he was so pleasant with her and always put up with her endless questions in a very polite manner. So in summary, he was great, his company was great, and I highly recommend them if you are planning any type of remodel in your home. It seems like he truly cares about the quality of his work, and equally as important, making us as consumers happy in the end with the entire process from start to finish.

Nick was quick and repsonsive. He saw what was needed and made some great suggestions. He completed the job THE SAME DAY! Cannot ask for more.
