Bob was prompt, professional and friendly. He providedecellent service.

Bob came in to unclog both our laundry tub and bath drain. I called at 8:00 and he was here between his provided time frame of 9-9:30. He was able to get both jobs done within 45 minutes. He brought his own tools and cleaned up the mess. Nice guy in general - would recommend him to anyone.

Bob arrived within 2 hours of my initial call.  He quickly addressed the issues regarding the slow running drains in the showers by cleaning the drain plugs and running a snake to clean the pipes.  He also checked the three toilets that I was concerned about.  He determined they were running fine, but the water in the tank was too low for the toilet to flush completely.  Simple solution of topping off the water in the tank.  Bob was helpful and efficient.  I thought he did a great job.

Excellent service, recommendation of other service provider, and follow up. We will be using Bob every year to make sure our drain lines are clean given his low cost!

I left a message with Bob's Sewer Service at about noon on 10/4. He called back within 3 hours and said he could be at our house in 10 minutes. We had two blockages -- one close to the house and the other near the street -- but he had them both cleared and was on his way within 45 minutes. We were very pleased with his service.

He is reasonable in price. One year he actually came out on New Years Day.

I called Bob on Sunday afternoon and received his voicemail that his normal business hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Since I knew we could wait until the next morning I left a message for him to call me and he returned my call early Sunday evening and unfortunately I missed his call. I called him at 7:15 on Monday morning and we arranged to have him out at 8am. He arrived on time and cleaned out our sewer line in less than 45 minutes. In the past we've had tree roots in our main line, but he did not find very many since we removed the tree several years ago. He did mention that our sewer line had shifted a little bit where the pipes connect and this can cause gunk to build up over time and cause a blockage. We've used Bob several times over the past 9 years and he has always done a great job! His prices are reasonable and he has always been able to come out quickly. He also is very careful to make sure that he does not create a mess.

The sewer drain was backing up into the basement as I did laundry so it was time to call Bob. I have had Bob clean out the sewer line 4 previous times in the last 10 years. (1926 house with old sewer line and lots of tree roots.) I called him at about 5:00 on Friday to schedule an appointment. His answering service answered, took my number, and let me know that Bob would call me to schedule the appointment. He called back within a half hour and said he could come over the next morning, Saturday, at around 9:30 am after his first appointment of the day. He arrived at about 9:00 am and spent about an hour cleaning out the tree roots blocking the line. There was no additional charge for a Saturday appointment. Bob does a thorough job and cleans up the area after he is finished.

Went as planned; done within an hour.

I called Bob and he immediately returned my call and serviced my rental property the next morning. Bob cleaned both main drains at my rental duplex at a cost of $175 total. I was very satisfied with Bob's professionalism, he was prompt, fast and polite. I thought his prices were very reasonable and he will be my first call in the future. A+ for Bob!

Good honest work at a good price. Bob was hardworking and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job too.

Kitchen drain clogged on a Saturday morning. Called Bob's Sewer Service based on high customer rating on Angies list along with close proximity to our home. Bob responded within 2 hours; brought in snake equipment and had drain open within 30 mins. Cleaned up mess before leaving. Was very personable and friendly. Will not hesitate to call again if needed.

I called Bob on Friday afternoon around 2:30 and he was here by 4:00. He's usually able to do his work pretty soon. He has two machines for his cleaning, one for the shorter floor drain system and the other larger machine for the main drain. He went out about 100 feet to clean our main drain line. His son works with him in the business too and both are congenial and friendly.

Prompt and efficient. On Saturday morning I called and left a message with Bob's answering service. Bob called me within 30 minutes and arrived 10 minutes later just as he said he would. Promptly went to work and opened drain. I didn't ask for an estimate so I can't compare actual cost to the estimate.

My tenants next door reported that the kitchen sink was backing up so I made an attempt to deal with it myself. It was unsuccessful and I was advised to just pay the money and get a sewer service to totally clean out the pipes. Though it took a day or so to get in touch with him (he works with an answering service) when I finally talked to Bob he said he could come right over! He's a jolly older guy and assured me that it looked like I had a very routine problem. He joked a little with my tenants and half an hour later reported that everything was fixed. He diagnosed the problem with the kitchen sink as too much pasta down the drain and the utility sink had paint in it, likely from the previous homeowner. I was very relieved to have such a painless and relatively inexpensive solution to the problem.
