I thought the employees were very friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out what I needed for space and recommended packing supplies they have at the location.

The security appears to be good enough because nothing has been stolen. The billing has been a problem. They allow online payments and changed their system without telling me. When I tried to pay my bill the website was obviously different and required a security code to get in. They had not given me a security code or notified me that I needed one. I called them and left a voice mail asking them to return my call so we could talk about the new online billing. They never called back, but they sent me a new bill with a late fee. I called them and a person answered the phone instead of an automated menu. I explained what happened and he removed the late fee and I setup a security code. The next day, I tried to pay online, but there was a new problem. The website doesn't all me to change the billing information to match my credit card because the storage unit is rented in my wife's name. The old website allowed me to pay the bill online with my credit card. The new site does not allow that. This means I need to call them again.

I stored my household goods in this place as I was selling my house, I had too much stuff and needed to stage my house so most of my items were stored at this location. Those items included furniture, boxes, garden utensils, rocks, flagstone, etc. The gals at the front desk were very helpful and have a great sense of humor. The units are VERY well it and VERY clean. The climate seemed right and the place was dry, there are plenty of carts and places to access your unit. The doors on the units are like garage doors, do I didn't have to maneuver my cartload of stuff through a door of my unit, the whole front of it opens up. Also the chances of getting a 1st level spot are pretty good. I did comparison shop before committing to this facility, the Lock Up (too multi-tiered) and a place on Lyndale Ave and 98th st or so (forgot the business but was dark and damp)did not hold a candle to this place. I'd like to mention that the boxes are good quality and the packaging tape is good quality and not overpriced. The only downfall I experienced in about 4 months of renting was that the gates did not work properly when it was really windy.

WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THEIR PRICES AND THE SIZE OF THEIR STORAGE SPACES THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THEIR FACILITY IS NOT QUITE A YEAR OLD AND IS SPOTLESS. THE WALLS GLEAM AND THEY BUFF THE FLOORS EVEN WHERE THE BIG TRUCKS DRIVE IN. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE.
