They arrived when they stated they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only concern I would have if I use them regularly is that they used equipment that was overkill for the size of my yard which left parts of the grass torn. I was relieved to get the job done so quickly and hassle-free.

We started using Big Back Yard last year for weed control and fertilization. The difference in our lawn is remarkable. The previous owners had neglected it and the grass was being taken over by weeds. Since Big Back Yard started treating it the grass has made a terrific comeback and the lawn looks 100% better. And the price is reasonable.

The service has always been reliable in years past and they have always gotten the snow plowed before people have to get to work or come home. With the sharp increase in price this year our neighborhood has opted for the lesser service, so I hope that we will have the same reliable service as in years past.
