Bettina went above and beyond all the way through both selling and buying my house.   When buying a house,  she was very good at locating properties that fit what I was looking for and to help me think through the pros and cons of each house.   When it came time to negoitate buying the house, she was great at negotiating with the sellers.     She also went and met some contractors at the house for me so I could get some estimates for items I wanted to complete directly after the closing.

When selling my house, she was very thorough in looking at the market for the right price and putting great marketing materials together, she was very good again at negotiating with the buyers and  she also very helpful in meeting inspectors and other repairmen at my house when I was to busy at work to do it.
 
Lastly, she went way above and beyond after I had bought the house by helping to negotiate a claim on my two furnances that the Home Warranty Company, through a warranty purchased by my sellers, was denying.   She did tons of research on the right  people to contact and made calls to the company and would not stop until they approved it and they eventually did.     She saved me thousands of dollars.  

I would highly recommend Bettina and would definately user her again.

it went without a hitch , I would recommend Ron Conner to anyone Ron would update me every day or two and he would always get the sellers to concede in my favour ,it seemed every time Ron would talk to me he would bring something else up,that he was able to get the seller to concede. things that I never thought about. which in reality takes money out of Ron,s commission, Ron says that is his job, I am his client I could not be happier
