+ -1 moreWE MET BETSY THROUGH A FRIEND. SHE REALLY KNEW HER BUSINESS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AVAILABLE TO SHOW US THE MANY HOMES WE LOOKED AT BEFORE FINDING THE RIGHT ONE. WHEN THE TIME CAME TO MAKE AN OFFER, SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING VERY WELL WHILE EXPLAINING IT ALL TO US IN A WAY WE COULD UNDERSTAND. AS CLOSING APPROACHED BETSY WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING TO ASSURE A SMOOTH CLOSING WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT WE EXPERIENCED. WE WERE THANKFUL TO HAVE A GREAT AGENT ON OUR SIDE. SINCE SELLER PAID ALL FEES OUR COST FROM BETSY WAS $0.
