BESSER GLASS & MIRROR

We had Besser Glass and Mirror cut a custom piece of glass for our dining room table. The quality and craftsmanship was perfect and the tech who came out was terrific. He was right on time, friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.

Henry Besser sent an e-mail estimate which was very competitive and we accepted. He said that the door would be ready in about two weeks and his crew showed up in exactly two weeks to the day. They did a good, neat job and the door looks and works perfectly.

Great to work with! They were very prompt in getting here for the estimate, the glass was ready in one week and the install was on time, professional and perfect.

Brought the mirror in, left it for a couple of weeks, picked it up, perfect.

When I contacted this company I was surprised - and pleased! - to receive an instant estimate for the work we wanted done. We were referred to a website to view the available products (shower doors). Based on the written estimate received, we confirmed that we would have them do the work.
The work was scheduled behind other work we needed to have done, and the contractor was very obliging in getting us scheduled on short notice. The contractor arrived as scheduled, completed the work well and efficiently, and we are still very happy with the results.

The came made measurements and said I would have bid by e-mail next day. Fast forward a week and half I followed up to find they had the info but no action had been taken. Had to wait another week for the glass to come in. Everyone was very personable and the price was fair but timeliness was not good.

It went very well. They had to do some careful work to make their adjustments. We went back and forth on the adjustments. We were very happy and everything works perfectly.

We were given an accurate estimate over the phone and the job was finished in a prompt manner even though it was during the Christmas season time period. Both the work and the customer service were excellent.

They came out and estimated it punctually. The price seemed reasonable though I really had no idea how much it would cost. They got it done when they said they would and came out and installed the glass a few days before Christmas. They were also friendly and helpful. No complains.

Henry was able to give me an estimate by phone and provided it in writing via email. He was able to schedule the installation very quickly a few days after we called him.
Henry and his associate arrived on time and worked efficiently. Unfortunately, one of the frame pieces (packed with the door) did not fit correctly, making it necessary to return 3 days later to complete the work. When he came back he was able to complete the work in less than 1/2 hour.
I am more than satisfied with the work, the quality of the door and the professionalism of both Henry and his associate. I will call them again if the need arises, and intend to recommend him to my neighbors in our townhome association.

They were excellent. Their customer service is excellent. There were spots inside the glass they had replaced. They don’t manufacture it but they got it ordered for me. They sent a guy back out and looked at it. They agreed on it and reordered the glass for me. I am now waiting for them to come back and install a new glass for me. I am impressed with them. They were able to come out and handle the issue in a timely basis which was more important to me than the price. I don’t know about the price as I did not shop for it. These guys showed up and had the window within 35 minutes. I told them that I needed the glass to be replaced right away. So they came out took the measurement and replaced it. They took a week’s time from the time I called them to the time they got it replaced. It was a special order. I would use them again for any needs.

They were very courteous, from start to finish. It took less time than I'd expected and had no qualms at all about putting in the new mirror (glass) and then putting on the backing to hold the mirror in place. I would definitely recommend this company for such a project.

I ordered the glass and I picked it up and then I put it in. But they do instulation. They are professional, courteous. I have used them for other services and they will diliver as well. They are the best that I have ever found.

I ordered a glass top for a rectangular dresser by phone and asked if Besser could also cut glass for irregularly shaped furniture. Sue was very helpful and said they would provide paper for making a pattern. I stopped by and picked up paper and was instructed how to get the design on the paper. The glass which was prepared from my pattern exactly fit the furniture; the edges were also beveled nicely. I was promised turn around time of one week and the glass was ready as promised. Sue also provided plastic buttons to place between the glass and the furniture.
