BEN LARSON MECHANICAL

It has made a nude difference with our water pressure. We are now able to shower and do a load of laundry at the same time. At first Ben came out to our house and looked at our problem. He recommend to us that we have the city shut off the water outside so he could replace the shut of valves while they would be preforming the other work. He said it wouldn't be to much more of a cost and would be highly beneficial. It made sense for us it get rid of all the old and in with the new at the same time. We are very happy with our 8 yr. warranty. thanks again to Steve, and Ben.

Ben was referred to my job from another company (whom I also recommend). He was originally figuring to show up on a Friday but figured the total job would take longer so agreed to come out on Saturday morning. He and Gary got here a bit late, but they were quick to assess the situation I had and to recommend a slightly lesser job scope since I was going to have the whole bathroom re-done in the near future anyway. He and Gary got right to work, removed the "antique" piping and replaced with new stuff. Whole job took under an hour and was less $$ than I had anticipated. They were honest, efficient, courteous and clean, and I'd hire them again any time.

BEN IS EXTREMELY SMART, CAPABLE, ENERGETIC AND EFFICIENT. AS AN ARCHITECT I HAVE WORKED WITH MANY PLUMBING COMPANIES PROFESSIONALLY AND ALSO FOR MY OWN HOME. BEN HAS BY FAR BEEN THE BEST PLUMBER THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH. HE IS ABLE TO TROUBLE-SHOOT PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS AND COME UP WITH RELIABLE AND CREATIVE SOLUTIONS WHICH IS A BIG HELP IN OLDER HOMES. HE USES TIME EFFICIENTLY AND DOES VERY GOOD WORK. ON OUR BATHROOM REMODELING WE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO HAD INSTALLED SOME PIPING. THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS INSTALLATIONS SUCH AS LEAKAGES AND DRAINAGE PIPES SLOPED IN THE INCORRECT DIRECTIONS. BEN CAME IN AT 9.00 AM AND BY 1.00 PM HE HAD FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS CREATED BY THE OTHER CONTRACTOR IN ADDITION TO INSTALLING ALL THE NEW BATHROOM FIXTURES. SINCE HE WAS WORKING QUITE EFFICIENTLY I ALSO HAD HIM INSTALL A NEW LAUNDRY TUB FAUCET TO REPLACE THE OLD LEAKY FAUCET, WHICH HE DID WITHOUT COMPLAINT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEN WITHOUT HESITATION.
