shipping and arrival were fine.
The instructions were followed to install. All provided brackets, bolts, and directions were followed EXACTLY. When hanging the mirror onto the bracket, it promptly pulled away from the drywall. Contact to customer service replied that no one else has complained of this and that the mirrors couldn't be returned because the brackets and bolts had been installed (not the mirrors, but the brackets). They said all they would do is send another set of brackets (not sure how this will help if the last set were faulty - but that's all that was offered). Also these mirrors are held onto the bracket with miniscule screw and the tool provided to tighten these is also so tiny you can barely use it. I tried to buy a tool, but couldn't find anything in the two local hardware stores that was a match. These mirrors are challenging enough to install that they should include a note on the description that recommends to hire a profesisonal to install them successfully. It is not a simple mirror install. Just as disappointing is when I tried to post this feedback to a survey they sent to me -- I was replied to that it didn't meet their website standards. I basically said the same thing as what I've said here-- so I guess their standard is that if you say anything negative they won't post it. Now I have two mirrors that cannot be hung securely, two freshly painted walls with holes left from faulty brackets, and frustration. Which is why as a memberof Angie's list I'm posting it here -- BUYER BEWARE.

Their customer service department is outstanding. I had issues with a UPS truck finding my home and they were able to get the specific instructions from me and communicate them effectively to them for a timely delivery.
