It was an excellent experience. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted with my window treatment. They're completely professional. They're upfront and they're excellent. They're thorough. They cleaned up their mess. I didn;t get any special deal with them.

Renee has ordered and installed blinds in our home with a degree of perfection and professionalism that is rare. She worked with Hunter Douglas and other companies and is a one person dynamo. The blinds have been of varying size, type, color, etc. and her judgement and advice have been excellent. Access to some very large windows challenging, but she was equal to the task, risky though it seemed. She is always punctum and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend her and her company, Bed and Blinds.

Bed and Blinds is great!! I was very happy and completely satisified with my experience. Renee is the main person - she is the sales person and also does the measurements and the installation. I found it was very nice to only work with one person and that approach was a differentiator for Bed and Blinds compared to other companies I considered. On top of that, Reneeis very friendly, knowledgable, and quick to respond. She goes above and beyond to give you the best price she can and the service she provides is second to none. She even came out to adjust one of my blinds on the day before Thanksgiving and I found out she was hosting her whole family for the holiday! I was really impressed that she would come out to my home when she had so much work to do at home.
In terms of price, most Hunter Douglas retailers are pretty comparable. I asked for a quote from Renee as well as a dealer through Costco. I assumed the Costco dealer would give me the lowest prices but Renee was able to beat her. And, Renee was able to measure, order, and install the blinds within a matter of about 3 weeks, which was much shorter than the timeline from the other company. I would recommend Bed and Blinds to anyone!
