These guys are excellent. From the doctors to the assistants, and the office staff I always feel that I am getting excellent care. They take the time to explain what they are doing and what to expect.

Ok. I liked the guy, the dentist and that. The aides and that were fine. It's a pretty busy place. But I liked it and I'm planning to go back. I have an appointment there. I would give my approval. They're not exactly what I'm looking for for a dentist, but for what he does, he's pretty good. He's fine and the office staff, and all that.

I have been going there for probably about 35 years. It's easy to get an appointment. They have good hours. They have a friendly staff. I like everything about them.

I would use him again in future.

We've gone there for a long time. They're always very good and very patient. We've always had very good luck. We've seen several of the dentists there.

I had a cavity filled in May 2014.  After the Novocain wore off, that area hurt somewhat more than before I had the filling.  In a follow-up appointment a few weeks later, they took x-rays of the filling and root.  The x-rays indicated there was a gap between the filling and the tooth, which the dentist explained could be causing the pain.  After un-doing and re-doing the filling, the tooth has since been fine. 

I was not charged for the ?re-do? or for the filling x-ray but was incredulously charged for the root x-ray.  I explained to the dentist that if the work didn?t have to be re-done, there would have been no root x-ray to take.  I was still charged for that x-ray.  I liken it to having work done on a car?you have repair work done, then drive away from the shop and the problem immediately reappears.  The mechanic fixes the problem for free but charges you for a diagnostic to make sure another component wasn?t damaged.  I don?t know of anyone that would find that practice acceptable.  They see no problem with that.

Note that the compressor was down for the first half hour of my initial cavity filling appointment, but they told me I still got out on time, though it might admittedly have been based on the fact that they erroneously had me down for a crown replacement.  Shorter time to do the initial filling?had to re-do the filling?charge you for an x-ray that was only needed because work had to be re-done?time to take my business elsewhere.

I think they are very professional, are very good at what they do and have great hours. They are just top notch.

All staff members were cheerful and professional. I fear the dentist and hadn't been to one in years. They were exceptionally positive and encouraging, explaining everything and putting my comfort first.

He has a great personality and the cost is high but he is worth every penny. He really knows his stuff.

I've been going to them for 15 years because they do good work, they're accommodating and they also give 10% discount for cash.  The thing is that the price is very high.

This is a referral that I gave to a friend of mine. My son and I had been going there now for a few years. My former dentist retired and I asked him for reference and he told me about his dentist at Basseet Creek Dental. I saw that they're on Angie's List. My friend is now also going to them. I really like my dentist, Dr. Todd Tsuchiya. He is just excellent. He tells me exactly what it is he's going to do. I like explanations before doctors or dentists do something. I've seen three different dental hygienists and they all did an excellent job particularly the one I've been going to now. I had a problem one time and they were able to squeeze me in right away that day although he was very busy. I've been really pleased.

I have been a patient of their's for three years. You can choose what dentist you see most of the time. I have seen all of the dentists there and they are all nice and professional. The equipment is up to date and they are good about making reminder calls, texts and emails. The office is very nice and they have a Keurig to make coffee while you wait.

Outstanding! Dr. Solberg and staff explained in detail everything to be done and recommended work that needed to be done. Very friendly - This was the first dental visit that I felt the staff cared about ME!

I received good care and am satisfied.  I would have appreciated better communication over my crown, though.  I assumed I was getting an all porcelain crown, but it was porcelain over metal.  I don't like the way the crown looks because it doesn't match my other teeth.  The tooth was accidentally prepped for the crown without taking a mold beforehand, but since it was cracked, I'm not sure if that would have been helpful anyway.  The new crown does not look very natural, but it feels fine.  The fillings are great.  I'm not too bothered by the crown because it is my last molar and not visible.  If I ever have any other work done, I will be sure to clarify what materials they will be using first.

The overall experience was good.

Everyone is great! All the hygienists are wonderful. They are very up to date with technology around the office. They explain everything in full detail and they are always very welcoming.

I was very happy with the tech who cleaned my teeth. Her exam was remarkably pain-free. She did not make it her mission to
clearly differentiate if that pocket was a 3 or a 4. Over and over. On the same tooth. She had a pleasing personality and the office staff was welcoming. I liked the dentist. She didn't agonize over my teeth a la  "we're really going to have to watch those molars". I found that quite refreshing. I liked the practice and will be going there regularly.

He had wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Jeff Steele was very pleasant, intuitive and helpful. I felt he was very honest. I am even going back to get a few cavities filled. I had used someone else for the past 10-12 years but I stopped going to him because he couldn't even look at his patience in the eyes. Dr. Jeff Steele pulled his chair around and looked me straight in the eyes and told me everything I needed to get done. He was extremely thoughtful and very honest.

This was my first visit to this clinic, and I found the entire experience to be totally satisfying and pleasant, if a root canal could be consider "pleasant".  
Not knowing what to expect...how painful and/or costly a root canal would be, I was quite hesitant.   But Dr. Tsuchiya and his staff were so reassuring, professional, gentle, and very informative every step of the way.   The entire environment was very comforting, friendly and courteous.   Dr. Tsuchiya is now my dentist for life.  
If I had any suggestions for improvement it would be patient room layout.   I found that the open layout, with the dental chairs only separated by partial walls, was is little distracting, overhearing the conversations on either side of me.   But the entire staff is exceptional and I recommend this clinic very highly.
